First time ever to a Rush’s. Busy but not a long wait at all. Chili sauce is mild, good. Hamburger unexceptional but good. Fries got and fresh. Fried chicken good.

The Vibe Station
This is a great place to eat on a lunch break or after work but I can’t see it being a crowd favorite. They have great food options, the business is clean and offers a quick response time but it 100% gives the appeal of a fast food restaurant. Other than the dated interior design, my experience was pleasant. Would recommend.

As a transplant I don’t understand the love the Midlands has for this chain. The service has always been great, fast & friendly but the food always leaves a bit to be desired. Nothing on the menu is really that good. I don’t think anyone expects gourmet food from a fast food restaurant but Rush’s has never really hit the spot.

I would give 0 stars if possible but the level of functioning this restaurant used to have, they have no more. Cold fries, order wrong, pack of communication…. Went through drive through asked for 2 white meat (breast and wing listed) with fries, no slaw …. Got my food, no breasts all wings. Not once did anyone communicate that to me. It is a difference and this has happened multiple times… another problem is they tell you they have no chicken after you’ve gotten in the drive thru line. Welp, guess what… it’s too late then because there’s no war to get out of the line unless you wait and go all the way through… on top of that, their fries have changed, which by the way were cold and dry … overall

I have come to Columbia a couple of times and have heard of Rush’s since it is a local chain. I came inside to order for takeout. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. I got a cheeseburger, large fries, and a large sweet tea. The food was really good, and the people who were working were super nice. My food came out within a minute after placing my order, which I was impressed with. I would love to come again and try more of their offerings.

I haven’t been in 20 yrs or so. I used to come to this location after enjoying a SC football game. I got my normal chili double burger and it was excellent!! Thanks…time to head back to home in Texas.

First time visiting, was really just going to get a shake but the burger smelled so good, I had to try one, the double cheeseburger was amazing the shake was great and the food came out quickly. Will definitely visit here again

I’m not sure if the overall service has gone downhill, but I have taken this restaurant off my list of Garner’s Ferry options. That chicken deluxe sandwich was less than unsatisfactory. The chicken was overcooked. I wasted half the money I spent. I only ate the hot dog. Everything else was trashed.
