I’ve not had Smash Burger before & as a vegetarian, I’m a little bit leery about how things are cooked. There was a bit of a mixup in what we ordered, in terms of how it was cooked and Will‘s customer service was a 10 out of 10! He offered me another item on the house and refused to let us pay for it. He checked on us often, to make sure that we were enjoying the food. It’s refreshing and wonderful to see this level of customer service! I definitely will return and I give Smashburger a 10 out of 10.

This has been a great experience, especially for someone that’s gluten, intolerant or gluten sensitive. The service was friendly, and they were very knowledgeable when it came to handling food with gluten sensitivity. There were a lot of choices, completely satisfied with today’s choice. I went to this location in Irmo. It was my first time visiting there. And I loved the customer service I received from the lady at the register. She was helpful and patient with me since I had no idea what I wanted. But I chose something that was displayed on the wall. I figured if it was a picture of it… it must be one of their popular food items. The friendly lady at the register brought it to me at my table. Now, the presentation of the food was good however, my Brussel sprouts were delicious but greasy (see pictures). I enjoyed the lightness, and airy of the fries. It was a pleasant experience for my first time.

First time at Smashburger and our party all thought it was one of the best burgers we have had compared to some other popular burger places that are similar. Also the fries were thin and everyone enjoyed that. I had the All American and it was great! The patties were definitely seasoned and that made the burger have a great taste in addition to the ingredients that were included. One person had the smash chicken and that was good too! And the service was quick. You just place your order and pay and then get your drinks at the self serve stations. Then they bring the food to your table. Also if you like spicy food the spicy fries were excellent. I would definitely recommend this location over the other options in this shopping center. Hopefully they will get one in the upstate soon!

8/25 – 1st time going, always wanted to try, now I finally have. In my opinion this establishment is OVER PRICED, This is a burger restaurant, beware everything is à la carte.. For 3 people I paid over $60 and that’s not including drinks, if I got drinks it would have been almost $75 dollars I feel like After spending over $50 drinks should be free
The establishment was Cold but pretty clean.
My kids did love the burger, they said it was one of the best and I must say I had the Smoked Bacon Brisket and Oh my it was so Delicious the fries were good and my son tried the Oreo milkshake and he loved it so much he got another one before we left. Overall expensive but good burgers but for the price you can go to a nice restaurant.

Amazing experience! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the place was spotless. The menu had some unique options, and every dish we tried was full of flavor and pleasantly surprising. We had the Chicken burger

Precious was working the front counter and set the mood for a great experience! She was friendly, helpful, patient and very polite. We ordered the truffle chicken smash burger. OMG it was so good. Also had sweet potato fries, hot dog, double bacon smash, and Brussels. It was all hot and delicious.
