My husband made a reservation here for my birthday dinner, and it was our first time visiting—we absolutely loved it! The service was excellent, and our server was wonderful. The appetizer, entrées, and drinks were all delicious. To make the night even more special, they surprised me with a delicious ice cream dessert with a candle for my birthday. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back!

This is a wonderful place to visit. Our service from Dan was excellent. We were shocked to find out it is the #1 place for steak in GR. My fiancée said it was the best steak he has ever ate. I loved my salmon dish, and as a seafood lover, I am excited to try something different next time I ago. The pear martini was my favorite cocktail I have ever had – highly recommend. We were also a fan of the oreo cheesecake, however there pastry chef switches things up.

The only complaint I have is that I didn’t try Leo’s sooner. I’ve been to many fine dining places (Ruth’s Chris, The Chophouse, MDRD, Mangiamos) but none of them compare to Leo’s. My boyfriend got the Surf and Turf and I got the Grilled Cajun Chicken Tortellini, Chicken Sprikg Rolls for appetizer along with Lobster Bisque soup. All the food was 10/10. Best steak I have ever tried! I normally do NOT like lobster, but now LOVE lobster because of Leo’s.
The service was also phenomenal. Brooke H was caring, attentive and very knowledgeable with the menu. We can’t wait to come back.

Really nice restaurant, amazing servers and staff. Drinks were top tier. Seafood tower was so amazing and I got the daily special that was absolutely delicious. Relaxing atmosphere, not super loud-was easy to hear everyone at the table in a group of 7 even with other tables around, had ambient lighting. Highly recommend Leo’s 🙂

One of my all time favorite places, and I dont even live in Michigan, so that should tell you something. Leo’s has the best seafood experience. I love the Alaskan Salmon. They have amazing bread and desserts. High class venue is perfect for big celebrations. Even the bathrooms are high class!

Dining at Leo’s was a great experience. We were dressed down so we ate in the bar area. Cozy table by the window and full service menu. Our server, Laura, was sweet and attentive. We had salads and the special which was a glazed salmon, delish! We will definitely return to this restaurant!

This was our first visit to Leo’s, and we will be back. The ambiance was quiet and sophisticated, the food was elegant, and the staff was top-notch. I had the salmon wrapped scallops with asparagus, and it was cooked to perfection. I only wish we lived closer to go more often

Returned to Leo’s for our anniversary in December. Caleb was our waiter.
The food was everything we had expected and hoped for, and Caleb was great. He made the evening one for us to remember. The shrimp and lobster Etoufee was a special that night. Not sure when they will have it again, but it is something that needs to be on the permanent menu.
Just make sure up book a reservation.
We picked Leo’s a couple days before coming to Grand Rapids.
We were seated right away , recommend making a reservation, and we were about an hour prior to it filling up.
Dan our waiter was a total pro, and all the rest of the staff were great and never gave us a need to ask for anything as they were are spot on.
We had Mussels and Calamari as appetizers. They were both great. The quality and freshness were outstanding and both were cooked perfectly, and tasted amazing.
The entrees, Charred Scallop’s, and Shrimp and Lobster linguine were just awesome. Cooked and seasoned to perfection and came out steaming hot. Never sat under a warmer. The portions were nice too, as you can see in the photos I have attached.
I need to mention again how wonderful and attentive Dan and the rest of the staff were.
Just wish Leo’s was closer to our home so we could go more often. I can honestly say this was the best food and experience we’ve had since before COVID hit.
I highly recommend making Leo’s as a must try restaurant. It’s worth the drive you will not be disappointed.
