Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet on Grape Road in Mishawaka is consistently a great dining experience. The hibachi grill is fresh and made to order, the sushi selection is well stocked and flavorful, and the overall buffet offers an impressive variety of options. Everything we tried was hot, well prepared, and continually refreshed. The staff was friendly and attentive, the restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was comfortable for both families and groups. Excellent value for the quality and selection. Highly recommended, and we will definitely return.

I don’t usually post negative reviews, but if the sanitation in the kitchen is anything like the bathroom, I doubt it’s a good idea to eat there. The building is in disrepair. The bathroom is not clean… far from clean.

Shell “sunshine” Bell

This place was absolutely horrible and I don’t write many bad reviews. But the food was barely there/ empty containers. No one speaks English to where you can ask them if they’re going to bring it out or not. It was busy enough to where they went to seat a couple and forgot they filled up all the chairs so they made a couple go back in the lobby. What food I did try, which I literally couldn’t finish my first plate, was old. (2nd was a small portion of hibachi) The taste was awful. I spent $15 on top of the $4 for the drink. They make you pay beforehand which is all right in a manner. They did have the hibachi. Which you can choose your plate and they will cook it up for you. That comes out hot. That was the only thing that was going for them.

Invest in remodeling the restrooms they’re deteriorating, trash containers look nasty and rusty the water faucet old silicone around it the urinals, you guys make enough money to spend some in doing this restrooms, overall needs an upgrade quick…..!

No. Just no. I have so much i could say about this place and none of it is good. Price wasn’t insanely terrible, but for the quality of the food, i wouldn’t even eat this food for free. If i was homeless and hadn’t eaten in a week i still wouldn’t eat what is here. the fries were hard and cold, like they were old. the crab legs were skimpy and odd looking, the sushi didn’t even look relatively fresh, it looked like sushi that had been thrown out by a grocery store, it looked well past its eat by date. If i could give this place zero stars trust me i would. I wish I could say good things, and i am not a picky person either, but this is just like next level disgusting. Everything tasted old or microwaved. The place smelled odd, everything looked dirty, the utensils and the top of the ice cream fridge were sticky. I’m surprised this place has not gotten shut down for health code violations. Some of the workers are nice, but some of them are very weird and watch people get their food and eat. So much more I could say but i won’t, imo just don’t come here unless you want to be disappointed and sick. Disgusting.

I didn’t know this place existed before today, and I am now a very happy man. They sat 4 of us, and after drinks and tax the total was just under $58. I have no complaints whatsoever, and will definitely be coming back.

I really can’t stress enough how good everything is, and they have an impressive selection. I ate so much off the first round I forgot about the sushi and hibachi in the back, so if those are your thing, don’t be distracted. Stay the course!

I know some of the food isn’t shown and the angles are a bit off, but I did my best to avoid getting anyone in frame.

An honest review is that depending on the time you choose to come, most all buffets serve fresh food but if you prefer the freshest you can get learn to come at lunch and dinner when it’s the busiest….why? …because that’s when the food turns over more and it will be hot, fresh, warm, cold, not melted whatever descriptive word you’d like to use.
The bathrooms were clean, the floors were clean and the workers wipe down around food often, for spills. The line to get on went quickly, they are efficient when necessary.
Give it a try at least during a busy time if you really question teh food quality.

I’ve gone on many occasions and it’s usually pretty good. Today we went and it was a very different story. The man cooking at the hibachi grill was moving food off each plate with his bare hands. He was using the spatula he was cooking to ring the bell and didn’t bother to clean it off. Cooks in the past have always been sanitary and good at their jobs, this guy was the complete opposite. He was wearing gold chains and had a hat on.

The regular buffet was good and the service at the tables was excellent. The staff always kept our cups full and the place clean. It’s just the hibachi cook, hopefully they remove this guy because I can only imagine what he does to the food behind closed doors.
