The double quarter pounder with cheese combo was excellent, except the fries were not cooked fresh and that fool den perfection McDonald’s strives on. The frappe and smoothie as always when made fresh and correctly was GREAT! The apple and strawberry pies were cooked correctly and boxed correctly, except the strawberry did not have a proper label on side of box. AS A WHOLE, the staff at this location does a fantastic job.

First time ever doing delivery for “myself”. Got 2 double burgers for me and a friend and ended up with one patty in each. I ordered a second delivery and asked for the delivery person to ask the workers and make sure my order was correct. The pictures below are the contents of said second order. 2 double burgers, 1 patty in each. And I’m already having a crappy night as is.

First time to try a Deluxe Spicy McCrispy. It has the right amount of spice. This restaurant also has clean bathrooms and friendly workers. I normally don’t do Fast Food, but do occasionally stop at this location when traveling through the area.

I went to this place a bunch of times in the last years, they are super fast and attended about do the orders in the dine-in, drive-thru or pick-up. I could buy the pokemon promotion many times here. The baths all the time are clean and the customer service usually it’s good too!

I had to order my large double quarter pounder with cheese through a kiosk, which wasn’t too difficult. It made customizing my burger easier – no mustard, no onions. After ordering, a worker brought my food to my table. The burger was hot and tasty; however, my fries were cold and stale tasting, lacking salt, which made them unpalatable. Overall, this location has potential.

As a former Assistant Restaurant Manager for Popeye’s / Burger King, my intelligence was highly insulted today. The Hispanic associate on front counter epically failed my order. Today’s date: 9/17/2025, order time: 1:14pm
I ordered the $5.00 deal, and requested 15 pickles on the side (been doing this for years). I was asked what sauce would I like to go with my nuggets, I said – MacSauce, then she tells me, “you know you’re gonna have to pay for that right?” REALLY?
I go to the bathroom and come back. My order is ready and I look in the bag for my pickles. I inform the associate on counter that there aren’t 15 pickles in the bag. She goes – “I’m sure that’s 15 pickles (it was about 8-9 in quantity). SHE DIDN’T EVEN LOOK OR COUNT, abd was beyond confident sbeshe was right. #Laziness!
Then, she had the audacity to ask me if I paid for the pickles during my last visit. “No, I just telekeinetically manipulated the POS system into thinking I paid for them .
This crew SUCKS! They had a whole line wrapped around the drive thru but you’re priorities are worrying about a blk guy paying for pickles from a previous order ♂ ♂ ♂ WHO HIRED THIS NEWBIE?

I just came to this McDonald’s about 10 minutes ago. I know we all go through stuff but the customer service was horrible. There was a young girl answering drive-thru taking orders….she should be fired. I asked her if I can get just a plain bagel she’s like “I don’t know I can give you one” I wish I could explain further somebody please review the call but they won’t. The interaction was so distasteful I’m like these people probably spit in my food. I left. The reason I feel like they would spit on my food is because I’m very respectful but if I’m asking you and you act like you don’t care or like I’m bothering you it’s a no.

I ordered ahead of time, a large iced coffee. Extremely simple. Pulled into the parking lot and the drive thru line was overflowing almost onto the street. Therefore, I opted to come inside. I have been here nearly 15 minutes waiting for a simple iced coffee. Never again. I literally watched the worker make countless orders in my face instead of just simply making the coffee.

The ordering kiosk has taken away from there being any customer service inside. None of the staff pay any attention to the customer, they won’t even make eye contact or check if anyone needs anything. The order time to receive your order is excessively long. All the tables are dirty and the floors are filthy. This day and age this is becoming the common theme, customer service and satisfaction is not a focus or priority.
