We ordered a variety of items: pickle spears, Reuben, pretzel loaf with beer cheese, truffle fries.
Everything was perfectly cooked and I’d order each item again. The pretzel with beer cheese was the favorite, the loaf is unique and so soft and could stand-alone. The beer cheese has a mild beer flavor which was great.
The location is so beautiful and has lots of character. There’s a few bars throughout the space, inside and out. Multiple bathrooms.
Other than that, it is a great place. Staff, Kevin, were great; friendly, joyful, attentive. The food was good. We had the brisket nachos, french fries, some turkey sandwich and chicken sandwich. It was all yummy. I loved my chocolate cherry adult milkshake too.
After a bad experience down the street, my partner and I dropped in to O’Shea’s to get a small dinner and a drink. Patrick at the bar was great, and made to amazing and well-balanced cocktails. Potato soup was great, quesadilla was great, the grilled cheese could have spent a little longer on the grill, but was still tasty. And they made sure to keep our water glasses full, which seems like a little thing, but so many bars forget this!
Forget the $50 / plate places in the highlands, and just go get a drink and a bite here instead
