They can sometimes get very busy and orders may take a while to get out but the food is always well prepared and well worth the wait. The staff is all very friendly and helpful.

BE CAREFUL!!! their AI ordering systems adds things to you order without you ordering it, happened to me today… Also the staff in the kitchen decided the box I ordered doesn’t come with the fries that’s in the list for the box, and is also on my receipt for order d20165 when I called and spoke with the “manager” he said you don’t get fries with the box … So apparently the manager nor the staff have read what actually goes in their boxes… Maybe better training? Or maybe read the menu as a collective when new things happen… Sometimes new things can be scare but they can be good too!!! Apparently manager had “no authority” to do anything and told me to call Kenny in traverse city store tomorrow…is this a joke lol

I stopped going in because of the dirty, confusing kiosks, but now they have a clunky A.I. answering the drive-thru that has difficulty with listening. Does the elimination of humans reduce the cost? 3 dinky Tacos and a little burrito for $17 bucks says no. The humans still forget the sauces – that what A.I. should really help with… done with TB, not my TB from my juvenile years…

We stopped through the drive through…digital AI took our order. We had fun with it, chuckled. No swear words or anything like that.
The cashier was a rude, entitled, outrageously indignant person who doesn’t seem to know how to laugh. Not someone who belongs in the customer service field.

Got through Drive through quickly. Order was correct and hot. Too many things on menu , made it hard to figure out for new or people who don’t go much. But overall satisfied.

I came through the drive thru and slide right past the pick up window due to there being lots of ice in the parking lot. No surprise…it’s winter. I backed up to the window. when the girl with glasses and a few nose rings and weird hair came to the window I said “ Hi! It’s really slippery out here, just so you know. You guys might want to throw some salt down”. The girl looked me dead in my face and said ma’am that’s not my job” ……………lol need I say more??

Stood at the counter about 5 minutes, nobody greeted me, or offered to take my order.
I thought about drive through, but I’ll spend my money somewhere else that actually gives customer service.

The older woman at the window was talking down to us because the AI speaker was incorrect. She talked down to us, refused to give us our card so we could leave and get food somewhere else and even went as far as to YELL at us. She told us the cold was angering her but if she is physically unable to meet the little physical conditions of that position, then she shouldn’t have been hired to begin with. I don’t know what happened to customer service but being rude right off the bat at the customers especially when YOUR TECHNOLOGY SUCKS is a good way to lose your job.
