For the last two years, Wednesdays have pretty much become our regular lunch day here . It’s usually a group of 4–5 of us, and by now we’re familiar faces to the manager, Cisco Ramírez. He always greets us warmly and sometimes even says things like, “We missed you guys last week!” That kind of personal touch really stands out.
They have a great selection of food. The salad bar is always well stocked with fresh, quality vegetables, the restaurant is clean, and the staff is prompt and attentive.
Today, though, we surprised them — a group of 12 showed up for lunch! I let Cisco know ahead of time because I knew it would be tough to accommodate that many people during the lunch rush. He could easily have said that finding space for 12 was next to impossible — and honestly, I would have understood. He didn’t have to go out of his way given the circumstances.
Instead, Cisco immediately stepped in, rearranged tables, and made sure all of us could sit together. That level of care and leadership speaks volumes. There’s a good reason why Jason’s Deli has him in oversight.
Thank you, Cisco! And many kudos to the entire staff as well . We’ll definitely keep coming back — and I highly recommend this place!…

EDITED: Francisco, the store manager here called me and made my order right! He was so friendly and kind, even delivered it so i didnt have to leave work to pick it up! Fantasticservice guys, thank you for making this right.
Original Review: Ordered a build your own salad to be delivered. My detailed order is stapled to the bag, however the salad inside is not even close!! Not sure how any of this could be mistaken for that, quality check upon packing must have been overlooked! Wrong greens, wrong toppings, wrong everything I am so upset I was really looking forward to this. Pickles, croutons, radish, broccoli salad?!! Not sure who’s order i got, but I am not eating most of this!!

I have had nothing but good experiences with Jason’s Deli at their Mesquite location. Good food and good service for both dine in and delivery. Their employees seem to be really on it, so I imagine the manager must do a good job with the hiring and training. Everything is good, but I usually get the salad bar when dining in, it’s got a lot of good options for a tasty and healthy meal.

Honestly here to say thank you to Gabriel (I think it was cashiers name) and Angel for their authentic customer service. It’s becoming harder to receive great customer service and I had to take a moment to share what a lovely experience they both provided in the simplest but very much appreciative way! I always automatically wish nothing but the best to anyone who’s doing their work with a heart and care still! There was a gentleman name Cisco who was the most pleasant person I’ve met in a casual dining restaurant. His positive attitude made ME feel better. The moment I walked in, he greeted me while still helping other employees. It really looked like true teamwork there. Karina who took my order was professional and gave a great recommendation for Focaccia toast. My gumbo was hot and delicious! I definitely plan on returning
The exterior and interior was clean and fully stocked. This Jason’s Deli is accessible near 635 and TownEast. It’s beautifully tucked in a shopping center so don’t drive too fast or you may miss it.

The food is always excellent but the customer service is what sets this location apart. I’ve run restaurants for years and having a staff like this is a blessing. Specifically Angelica, she does a great job making my family and I feel welcome every time we stopped in there.

I was glad to hear that the beef stew was back! they have changed the recipe. The beef stew before was way much better. this new recipe taste like look reminds me of gumbo or something, but definitely not beef stew. So disappointed. Bring back original recipe. Definitely will not order again.
