I ordered the big QP burger which was definately not what I expected as u can see it was still pink but you would think after waiting 30 plus mins for it it would have been done right manager should consider some type of music to listen to while customers wait im i definately dissatisfied now my server TE was great considering she had alot of tables

I came on a Thursday bc the traffic was so bad and I got tired of riding in it. They were busy as expected, but I still got such prompt service as soon as I stepped through the door. I decided to sit at the bar and was greeted by my bartender Amy. She was hands down such an amazing and refreshing energy. Drinks were great, energy was great, she let me know about all of the specials and things of that nature. She was also working her other tables and was still extremely attentive to everyone. Definitely recommend coming to this location and asking for her. This was a much needed breather.

I came here after a funeral to unwind and relax . I ordered a black bean burger and it comes out extremely burnt . They took the burger back only to tell me “it’s supposed to look like that” ummm not burnt ? You don’t even have to cook it that long . Took the menu reordered . Chicken and tenders and ski me fries. Fries came out single and was not double after two waitress told me it was double. In this economy it’s a treat to want to and be able to go out to eat . Choosing this establishment , I should have left in great spirits but instead in frustration. Never coming back. Waste of time, gas and money .

I visited about a year ago and left with concerns about cleanliness and overall service. We were never greeted, had to seat ourselves, and no one checked on us which ultimately led us to leave. Unfortunately, when I decided to give this restaurant another chance yesterday, nothing had changed.
The restaurant was nearly empty, yet once again I had to seat myself, this time at the bar. The bar area was noticeably messy when I sat down. I waited approximately 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. When I requested a specific game to be put on the TV, I was told it would be handled — twice. Someone briefly came out, pressed a few buttons on the TV, and walked away without speaking to me, and the game was never turned on.
My server never introduced themselves or made any effort to assist me. I had to initiate ordering both my drink and food, which only added to the feeling of being ignored as a customer.
Overall, the lack of basic customer service was extremely disappointing, especially on a second visit a year apart. This restaurant clearly needs significant improvements in management, staff training, and service standards before I could recommend it to anyone. Unfortunately, I would advise others not to waste their time.

My parents came to this chilis tonight for their 37th wedding anniversary. I live an hour away and wanted to pick up the tab as a surprise. I called this location and spoke to Lynette. She informed me that while they can’t take credit card information over the phone (understandable) a gift card would be sufficient. I went online, purchased the gift card, and called back. She went above and beyond to help surprise my parents. She called me back personally to update me and took such great care of them. I would 10000% recommend this location because of her professionalism, positive attitude, and kindness. Thanks for helping make their anniversary great, Lynette!!

The waitress had a bad attitude she sat us in a place where sun was hitting our faces told her about it she didnt care she was very passive aggressive and had attitude when we asked to change seats. First and last time in chillis horrible experience spent $100 and the food taste fake they brought out dessert before the food and had attitude when we asked for them to take dessert back and bring after food. DO NOT RECOMMENED THIS CHILLIS AT ALL WAITRESS WITH HER PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE ATTITUDE MADE IT WORSE.

Have not been back to this chili’s in years, but surprisingly our bartender was great, attentive, and seemed as if she wanted to work there. The food has definitely gotten better and the actually finally have beers on tap that work. Overall would visit again because for the price the food is reasonably good.
