Really disappointed in how terrible this place was. I guess we just held Olive Garden to a higher standard and thought it was a nicer place to go for dinner with friends. Waitress told us we couldn’t split the check as we ordered, as we were 3 couples with two couples having kids. She said we had to split it at the end evenly. Idk why you can’t just take one order, then another order, then the 3rd order, but ok. 10 people party, we were then told we only got two salads for the table to share and two things of bread sticks. So much for unlimited salad and breadsticks. Then she said we couldn’t get one salad with no tomato AND no olives. Some people got soup, some ate salad, most of our drinks were empty, salad and breadsticks were gone. Restaurant was empty. It’s like they put us in a cubby and forgot about us to the point 20 minutes went by and my wife started taking note of which drinks we needed refilled and was going to walk upfront to get them refilled since we had not seen the waitress at all when she appeared carrying out the food. She didn’t know who got what, no big deal. We sorted that out no issue. But we were still missing two cheese pizzas and fries. The pasta looked sad and tasted plain. No seasoning.. 22$ plate of noodles and chicken (pictured) and tasted like milk sauce. Kids order was wrong, and when we asked about it getting corrected, the waitress got an attitude about it. People were half done their food when the pizzas showed up, and fries came at the end of the meal. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen as again, the place was empty. Then we got the bill, which we had to sort out who got what and separate the items so everyone’s bill was correct, and then the waitress hovered over my shoulder the whole time, watch me pay and then waited while I put the tip in. I passed it to another couple and she went and hovered over them and did the same thing while the 3rd couple was eating dessert. The waitress couldn’t be found to get a refill or bring breadsticks or take dishes the entire time but wants to hover over and watch you type the tip in, really poor service. Food was lacking. One couple paid in cash, left a couple dollar tip, reflecting their dissatisfaction in the service and the food and the whole experience, and the waitress came back to her and asked her if that’s what she meant to leave. She said yes, and the waitress fanned the money out and asked her “seriously?” Very rude, we will not return to this location. It was a let down start to finish and the staff needs serious help. It’s not rocket science, refill drinks, bring breadsticks out, clear tables so there is room for us to eat. Something.. if it was busy I would completely understand but the place was dead. I truly don’t understand what her problem was. She didn’t even offer cheese for our entrees. Like basic stuff. Staff up front was great, people were nice when we walked in, but it went south after that. Hopefully someone takes this review seriously and fixes it because Olive Garden use to be a nice place to go. This was a let down tonight.

We had a fantastic dining experience overall. The food was excellent and the restaurant was clean. Service was fast and friendly. The only minor issue was that our server didn’t clear our plates in between courses, which made the table a bit crowded, especially with two adults and a child. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our time there and would definitely return!

First time in this Olive Garden location. We normally go to the Olive Garden in Dover, DE. We stopped in early in the afternoon on a Saturday, so the place was not crowded. The restaurant was clean and organized. The server was courteous and friendly. We had all you can eat salad and Zuppa Toscana soup, pasta, calamari and bread sticks. The food was very good, and due to the low amount of customers at that time, the food came out quick. The prices were decent.

My cousins and i went out to celebrate my deceased cousins birthday. She worked at Olive Garden in Vermont & loved toscana soup. Lilanni surprised us with 3 spoons and a bowl of it. I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the food and the way my concern was handled. After experiencing an unacceptable taste issue, I drove 18 miles to the store to address it in person, expecting at least a respectful and professional response. Instead, I was met with a cold, dismissive, and disbelieving attitude from the assistant manager, with no meaningful effort to investigate or correct the problem. Poor food quality is one issue, but the lack of ownership and basic customer care is far more concerning. This experience has significantly impacted my trust in this location, and management seriously needs to revisit both quality control and customer service standards.

Greated warmly at the door by the manager and quickly seated. Almost immediately the waiter, Bart, came to the table and gave us menus while inquiring about our drinks. Throughout our meal Bart was attentive, informative, and great to interact with! I would definitely ask for him again and made sure to stop at the front desk to tell the manager how wonderful he was to us. Many kudos to Bart!

The Shrimp Fritto Misto was delicious! I would seriously order this as an entree. Between the shrimp and the veggies it makes a substantial meal. So good! Picture shows plate after we ate half of it! Service was excellent too!

They are fantastic! Today we went to celebrate our daughter’s birthday in this location of Olive Garden restaurant. Our overall experience was great . Our server Kristine, who took care of us was the best. She explained the menu nicely and helped to pick. It was a very beautiful experience for all of us. The interior was nice and clean. Food was delicious and nicely decorated. We enjoyed every bit of the whole meal. It was a outstanding experience! A five star experience indeed!

I ordered catering pickup a few days ago. After reviewing my bill, in which I paid $203. A day later, I had an additional $50 charge on my account. I didn’t authorize additional charges or any type of tip past the original $203, which had a tip built into it. Won’t be utilizing Olive Garden again.
