Worst experience I’ve had at cookout .
Window operator handed me a fountain drink that had a puncher at the bottom of the cup and the soda completely soaked my cup holder and is now damaged. The buttons to my vehicle are now stuck because of the soda spill and I’m frustrated. I asked the manager to help clean up the damages but they refused to send help. She also refused to refund me for my money. I will no longer be a customer at any cookout due to this horrible customer experience

The customer service was so bad that I laughed when I left the drive-thru. Other than the exact cost of my order, he didn’t give any further greetings, feedback, or dialogue.….
There was no “hello” back, nor a “You’re welcome” to my initiated “thank you.” It was odd.

The drive thru lane was really long so I decided to come inside and did dine in. Quick service and as usual not a bad meal. Had the walking taco which was a bit too salty but overall the food was ok. Opens late but dine in is only until 9:30 pm. Parking is available on site.

Didn’t have a good experience at this location. Ordered a chicken strip tray and the chicken was so small. I went inside and I’m assuming this young lady was the manager on duty and verse her saying my apologies let me fix this her response was that’s the size ma’am with an attitude. I told her she can take the tray just replace the chicken she states no just keep it shakes her head and shrug’s shoulders. She bring me a few more tenders in a separate tray still with an attitude. What we pay for food now verses what we get needs to stop. These company’s aren’t humble at all to there customers.

The food and service was great, however the bathrooms were terrible! Also the cashier charged me for an extra hamburger that i didn’t want. He didn’t break down the order so i could understand what i ordered . Other than that, no complaints.

Me throwing away an entire tray of food because I’m a vegetarian and even though I confirmed my order was a cheese quesadilla tray at the window, I still got a plate of pork barbecue and I’m not waiting another 30 minutes to get to the window to tell them that they got my order wrong….. again. This is seriously the last time I ever let y’all steal my money. Just avoid this place after midnight.
