I went through drive-through today and placed an order for the six piece, ghost pepper wings. When I got the wings, there were all drums in the box. I went back around and explained it to them that I would like some flats and not all drums. They quickly rectified my situation with kindness and thoroughness. The food was extremely hot and quite delicious! The person in drive-through was very nice and I’m not sure who’s running this Popeyes now, but great job! I will be back and I will be back soon.

Where is the 0 stars when you need it. I will never in my life come back to this location. I have been here my 3rd and last time ever. All three times were horrible with this time being the most horrible.
I ordered at 730. Said it was ready at 7:58.
I got there at 8:15. Went threw driver threw.
When i got to window they asked me to park which i did. I sat there and watched 2 other people park and get their food before me.

I look and the time is now 8:48 when the 400lb worker came out to give another person their order i asked him where my order was. He asked what the name was again and i told him. He said “its coming”.
I told him Sir its been over an hour.

He replied with “well thats not my job thats their job i do the window”

WHO SAYS THAT TO A PAYING CUSTOMER!

I WOULD NEVER.

I run a fast food store and i would never let no shit go down like this.

I say fire everyone there and start fresh.

Not a single employee there cares about their job or their customers.

I’m done spending my money here. I should have learned and not went back from the last experience that I had. I waited 40 minutes past my pick up time, but we didn’t learn. Got the exact same order this time and went to the restaurant at my time and the app said my food was ready. Upon arrival I asked for my food and the staff member said it wasn’t ready. I told her that the app told me it was ready. She turned and pointed to the empty chicken shelves and said, ” Do you see any chicken? You’re waiting just like everyone else.” Tonight wasn’t as bad, I only waited half the time. After a 20 minute wait, I finally had our 16 piece meal. I will not be returning! Here’s your fair warning. The food is normally excellent, but tonight the rice was super dried out, and the chicken was definitely sub par. Biscuits and mashed potatoes were excellent. I don’t know what’s going on, but this place used to be a lot better!

It has been a few years since I visited this particular location, the reason behind that is that then I was very disappointed by the quality of the food. However , today Feb. 23rd, I decided to give it another try. I’m glad I did. The lady at the drive-thrue was very nice , I ordered chicken tenders and a side of red beans and rice.
I was not disappointed. The chicken was fresh and juicy, and the rice was neither dry or soupy. It was very good. Thank you very much.

I placed a mobile order for pickup and when I arrived the doors were locked with no explanation posted. Because of that, everyone, including customers picking up mobile and DoorDash orders, was forced to use the drive-thru.

By the time I reached the order speaker, it had already been over 30 minutes since I received the notification that my order was ready. I explained this to the attendant and was met with a very disrespectful response stating that the order was already ready for pickup.

When I got to the window, it had been about 45 minutes since the order was marked ready. I politely expressed concern and asked if the food was still warm due to the long wait. My concern was ignored and I was handed food that was cold. In addition, my order was missing a straw for the drink and there was no silverware provided for the side.

Overall the experience was very disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing customer concerns and the lack of communication about the locked lobby made the situation worse. Customer service and basic order accuracy clearly need improvement at this location.

Terrible , i had a mobile order waited for 1.5 hours for my food that was never even made, told me to pull around and wait 15-20mins asked what’s my mobile order and continue to tell me to go park and wait. After an hour they tell me they don’t have my order. Crazy.! Then i don’t even get my sweet tea or sauces because they ran out . Checked my food and they missed 2 things and had to go back. after 2 weeks i come back and the same thing happens i had to wait 30minutes for my order to be taken to me. No human decency whatsoever

This location not this company care about the reviews, but I’m too pissed not to say something. Waited for 30 minutes for bland dry chicken, which in the mean time we counted 5 people come in and get their DoorDash orders before us. We weren’t acknowledged for 10 minutes when we got here. When the food finally came it was terrible. Terrible customer service, terrible food, terrible place overall. Save your time and money. They’re not going to care or change but please reconsider before wasting your time.

This has got to be one of the worst Popeyes in this area! I’ve been ubering for over 3 years and this location is the worst for slow service and just flat out rude employees. I stopped taking orders at this location for this reason, once in a blue moon the order is decent and I’ll accept. Each time I get reminded why I don’t go to this store!! Last night I had a double order, I went to pick up at this location and the rude man with dreads moving at a sloths pace told me to pull to the window, then told me to pull forward and “wait”.. It wasn’t busy so I did.. after 20+ minutes I got out my car and walked inside the lobby and he looks and me and said lobby is closed and I said I’m wondering how long it takes to make a sandwich and fries? The rude old white lady said well we are short staffed and we were busy (mind you there is nobody in the lobby and im the only one in drive thru). The man with dreads walks over to a bunch of bagged items and grabs my food and I said you really made me wait for that long and it’s just sitting here? I told him the it was a horrible place and there is always a problem when I come. He told me that’s wonderful not to come back. This location is ran by the blind cause ain’t no way these are the employees you let run your store. This location also will close early so your orders will bounce from driver to driver after 11 cause they close at 12 but will stop taking orders and act like you don’t exist in the drive thru and obviously the orders bouncing back and fourth dont get made. I went to pick up a order at 1120 a month ago and they all came out and got it their car while I was in the drive thru, I said are yall closed early dude yelled yup… And one time the manager was walking around in slides fixing himself a togo bag while 10 people stood there and waiting 25+ min for their pick up. No professionalism on site, rude employees, slow slow slow service, no sense of urgency, lack of communication and pure laziness from the big guy with the dreads to tell me to pull up next to the trash can then get smart when I walk in questioning the time on the order after 25 min and now its 950, and didn’t even take it to me when it was ready just bagged and threw it to the side. Just lazy! Get it together, more cleaning, less smoke breaks, maybe someone up front that “ACTS” like they like their job and maybe not so slow at everything they do. At this point retrain the whole team, in my 20+ in restaurant business never have I seen so many issues with one store, consistent problems. Do better!!

The worse Popeyes I’ve EVER been too. I door dash and the wait time is insane. I tried eating there a couple times and the food is awful. Exit 8 is Amazing. This place can have a line of customers, a ton of dashers and Uber drivers waiting and they just don’t hustle. Often its been wondered if there is even a manager around. Most of the employees just walk outside when busy and come back in smelling like weed. They run out of products alot. They will have a ton of to go orders sitting up on top of the food area and won’t even ask us delivery drivers who we are there for. So our food sits there and our ratings drop. They have bathrooms locked so we can’t even use restrooms while we waiting 30-45 minutes for a small order. Its just terrible and unsanitary. I refuse to eat there and always dread picking up an order from them. Drive to exit 8. Its much more worth it.
