I visited this location today and was left sitting in the drive-thru with no response at the speaker. After waiting several minutes with no acknowledgment, I drove up to the window and saw multiple employees inside talking and joking around.
Instead of helping me, they appeared to point and laugh, which was very disrespectful. No customer should be treated that way.
This experience made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. I expect better professionalism from a business serving the public. I hope management reviews the cameras and addresses this behavior but I think it was the manager just seems like a dead end this place needs to be shut down

I am so please to write this review. I was serviced Sunday September 21st about 830pm, the girl at the window had braids and she was working with another young lady. They were extremely kind and Friendly, very professional. Food was hot and fresh. Correct condiments in bag. Great service! I was so happy because you usually get terrible service here. Applauds to these young workers keep up the great work!

Consistently bad service. I ordered a bacon egg & cheese biscuit with breakfast sauce, and received a bacon, burnt biscuit with sauce. I immediately let the girl in the window know, she took the sandwich and gave right back. I moved ahead not to hold up the line, only to find an egg was put on the burnt bread. I went inside and explained to the manager, he threw away the sandwich and shortly after slapped a greasy wrapped sandwich saying “right sandwich, wrong wrapper”. It indeed was not the correct sandwich. I will continue to NOT shop here, there is better service at the East Cleveland & E. 105th St locations.

Went through the drive thru. Didn’t get any of my drinks. When I went in and told the manager I didn’t get any of my drinks, she acted like she didn’t know what I just said. I repeated myself. Then she scoffed and said you’ll just have to give me a minute. Ten minutes go by. I ain’t coming back here.

I ordered a fish fillet customized and received the standard fish fillet which has too much tartar sauce for my taste, and I’m not pleased that I paid for an extra slice of cheese I didn’t receive or get the pickles.

They don’t like you to come inside the restaurant. They service the drive thru quickly, but when you go inside, they don’t even acknowledge that you are there. They just go about their business preparing food for the drive thru. I have yet to see a manager in there.

The environment in this McDonald’s is just Tired, Annoyed, Irritated, I only come to get a coffee (iced mocha) which the manager made HOT when showed her my receipt stated ICED and I don’t mind waiting, she snatched the coffee and remade it. Everyone is agitated, the guy on the table making sandwiches, RICO, ate a hash brown— WITH GLOVES ON— then pulled his pants up— WITH GLOVES ON— and continued making food, notified the manager and she seemed irritated that I noticed, then they had a huddle, discussing getting “wraps” and “shells” to smoke weed out of , in front of the entire store. Went to buy a shell, and went outside in the parking lot to smoke weed. I just got my coffee and left. Not an environment to be with your child or children either.

This location is terrible. The staff is unkept and dirty. The men are wearing pants sagging and they need to pull their pants up. This place is dirty and there are people just coming in and sitting near the restroom sleeping. The staff are using foul language and do not care that there are customers. I bought two apple pies and when I opened my bag the boxes were dirty and one was open. I will NEVER come into this location again. TERRIBLE PLACE
