Why would you give me undercooked and unbreaded chicken nuggets? What is with the quality of food you’re serving. I’m clearly not the only one experiencing this based off other reviews. No other location I’ve been to is this bad. I took a bite of one and nearly threw up.

Chick-fil-A is always a safe bet and my wife’s go-to is the spicy chicken sandwich. Crispy, juicy, just the right kick every time. Service is crazy fast and somehow always friendly, even when the line is wrapped around the building -they’re clearly doing something right. Clean, consistent, and never really disappoints. I just picked up my order under Heather W and the gentleman that helped me out was absolutely amazing and so polite. Once I came in he helped me right away and went back to bag up my order right away. A lady with blonde hair I believe was either braided or in a pony tail came up to help as well to make sure everything was good. I believe she was apart of upper management in some way but she was on top of everything. Both of these workers are the reason why I wanted to take the time to make this review. They both are absolutely amazing and are going above and beyond for their jobs. I wish I took the time to get their names but I never think to look at name tags

Great First Day Back!
We visited Chick-fil-A on their first day reopening after months of remodeling, and it was absolutely worth the wait. The restaurant looks beautiful — very clean, updated, and much more open.
The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and impressively fast. I went back up to order more fries, and Denis at the counter even remembered my name, which really stood out. The service and food were both excellent, and I’m so glad they’re open again.
Highly recommend stopping by — they’re off to a great start!

horrible service. I ordered a 8 count meal with polynesian sauce and lemonade. the man working at the window (long hair, dark skin, glasses) was extremely rude, didn’t say one word to me. handed me my food without a straw or the sauce (that I ordered at the speaker) and walked away immediately. I had to wait for him to come back and when I asked for a straw and sauce, he didn’t say a word just handed them to me with a straight face, even though I was extremely kind and said please and thank you. just a very rude person who shouldn’t be representing chick fil a. i’ve never had a bad experience with a worker here ever until now. maybe he shouldn’t be working there if he hates his job.

I received a wrong order on my Mobile Order. I don’t see an option to report the issue online (App / Website) other than calling the location from which I order. In this day and age, you can do better to improve customer experience.

I’m really disappointed in this chick fil a, I was in the drive thru and I watched my drinks go into another person car and was touched by another person, and was immediately given to me without being remade. This isn’t okay. I’ve worked in fast food for many years and I was always taught if you hand out the wrong order you’re not allowed to take it back especially after covid 19. This is disgusting. The girl did not want to remake them and the manager Caleb was being very disrespectful, didn’t even want to talk to me and make my order right! He completely ignored me and said to the employee “we don’t do that for drinks”. I hope that this can be resolved and the company can instruct their employees about food safety and handling.

Very disappointed with my sandwich today. Over half of my sandwich was as thin or thinner than this picture with practically no meat, just crispy breading. There were also only two pickles on my sandwich that were put on the exact same spot on top of each other which was a little annoying. The sandwich still tastes good but if they serve this out regularly I will not be back. This is a premium fast food chicken restaurant where the sandwich costs about $8 by itself, but I felt like I got a value spicy mcchicken from the other place. The strawberry shake was delicious and the associate that helped me in the store was very nice and professional so no complaints there.

I used to go to this Chick-fil-A because I can get anything off the menu now they said you can’t get anything off the lunch menu until 1030. I’m very disappointed because all Chick-fil-A’s are different. I used to like this one. It’s too bad. I thought it was about Customer Service and the sad part. Is they used to do it?
