Looking forward to Church’s chicken, I hadn’t been to one in years. The young lady at the drive-thru was nice and provided great customer service. Unfortunately, I can’t say anything good about the food. $30.00 for burnt fried okra, old stale chicken. I know that didn’t happen on my long way back to Norman after work. Will never go back waste of money and time. Disappointing

The customer service was impeccable. I would go back for that alone. The food was good too. I would say it’s Churches so you know the chicken is good but all Churches chicken is not created equal. I would recommend this place to a friend.

Always check your bag before leaving. I made the mistake of not checking twice. I checked once and had tenders instead of pieces. It wasn’t until I arrived home did I realize they forgot both of my sides. And this wasn’t the 1st or 2nd time. I should’ve stop coming but I took another chance and got burned again (glad it wasn’t literally) but it still wasn’t a good feeling. This location is trash honestly. Im surprised they are still opened after all this time

Services beyond rude, waited 25 mins yesterday 09/22/2025 for my order to not even being made. Cars were in and out, same for people in and out the customer service is trash, as well as employees. I’ve asked what was going on with my order and they didn’t have a responses other then can you watch 10-15 mins. Asked for my refund and it took them 5 mins to even process or give my refund back on card.

They told me they don’t have shrimp. Fine, I order 5 spicy tenders and Mac and cheese. Not only did they not give me any silverware to eat my Mac and cheese with nor my dipping sauce. They gave me two whole pieces of chicken instead of 5 spicy tenders…
Update: I went back to the store, and had to repeat what happened 4 or 5 times to the guy at the counter for him to understand what I was saying. I speak very clear English. He then gave me tenders, only after giving me a very strange look like I was begging for food. That was very disrespectful and I am not the problem here, but guess what? He still didn’t give me spicy tenders like I asked and what’s on the receipt which he could read. I gave the receipt to him so he had it. He literally had it in his hand and still didn’t give me what I ordered. Just regular tenders, that’s still not what I ordered. I’m not going back up there again to beg them to fix their mistakes. I’m half tempted to charge back my card this isn’t right. I STILL DIDN’T RECIEVE what I purchased after COMING BACK, and I am very disappointed in my experience today.
