Favorite location! Food is hot and tasty and if a mistake is made they fix it right away! Cathy/kathy is the most welcoming and helpful worker. We love when we get her at the drive thru because we know the service is going to be the best!

The food was amazing! We had dine in the View was amazing the only downside was we were the only people here. The food got here fast since we ordered on the app and got their waiting for 2 minutes before they got are big order to us. The food looked so good and was good. The food is great- Taco Bell. KFC is attached, not sure about it….haven’t ate KFC from here in over 10 years. Customer service could be A LOT better. Delivery services will have to go inside to pickup. Plenty of parking. Clean. Dine in or take out.

Slow service, wrong ingredients.
Took a long time for 1 order, not “fast” food at all. Asked them to replace the default refried beans with black beans, for which we paid extra, but we still got the refried only. ABSOLUTELY Worst!!

We don’t usually go in, so I can’t rate the atmosphere. It’s gotten a lot better in the drive thru. Orders have been accurate and they are friendly.

I don’t go to this place often. Very poor service. They are giving you so less quantity of food. It’s like a joke. I like the other reactively in buford. Their service is so good and they don’t joke around with food . Always same taste and quantify. The chipotle bowl is 3 times more than this people give you. Sorry but this location is not well run. Not coming again.

They are getting rid of the nacho fries. One of my favorites. This batch was one of the last at this location, but they were lukewarm. So glad the Mexican pizza was great.

I was at the buford dr location at 2pm thursday and the ordering kiosk and I weren’t seeing eye to eye. A young fellow noticed my frustration and came right out and ordered it for me. I don’t write reviews but felt taco bell needs to keep this young fellow on for management.
