Not entirely happy with the new ordering system. I miss the personal interaction with the employees. Friendly smiles and the my pleasure! Today was just a drive thru like any other fast food place 🙁 no friendly smiles greeting you, just lame o intercom order and not even have a good day when food handed to me. Mmm

I’ve been to about 20 different chick fil a stores in the state of Maryland, and I tell you what this is the best store in my opinion, they are very respectful, efficient, and temperature is always right. Been going here for almost 9 years and it’s nothing but love. Ive eaten more than 3k worth to my self this year at this location big respect to the restaurant owner, the team member and especially the managers make it quick to fix anything wrong and even checking orders multiple times to make sure it’s right

I love Chick Fil A usually. This was my first time at this location and while the staff and service was good (we dined in), the food was average. The cheese in the burger never melted and therefore was horrible and the nuggets were too seasoned for my liking.
With that said … this won’t stop me coming back. It might have been an off day. This locale is clean and convenient and I’d recommend coming here for sure.

Tell me it’s February without telling me it’s February. ❤️ From the care of making heart-shaped biscuits around Valentine’s Day to the smiles and stellar service from the staff, it’s easy to see why this is one of our favorite fast food joints. excellent food chick-fill-a is also my favorite fast food place. bathrooms are average. staff are super friendly I always get the best fast food experience and they’re really fast I have gotten my order before I even left the counter before. They even have old Bay cause it’s Maryland.

I have never had a bad experience at Chick-Fil-A until today. While the drive through service was ok, my order was off, and it wasn’t even busy when I arrived to place the order. I did not inspect the bag prior to leaving, but when I returned home to have dinner, the grilled chicken that was ordered, turned out to be a cold, overdone, dried fried filled. It was completely inedible! For the amount of money changed and the fact that you in one primary meat, you should be able to accurately fill the order. C’mon, Chick-Fil-A, do better!

Picked up food at the drive through today, and watched the worker hand my food to the car in front of me. The car in front of me (similar color) received the food, took it into the vehicle, then gave it back a few moments later. The employee proceeded to then hand my food to me after it was handled by someone who was not an employee, and questionable hygiene conditions. This is a health department violation to my knowledge. I can now not eat my food that I have already paid for since I don’t make a habit of arguing with teenagers trying to do their job. Please work on training your employees on proper safe food handling practices or maybe checking that they’re handing over the correct bag seeing as you do ask for a name for the order…
