2/12/26 12:05pm (lunch hr) was great! I had to stop what I was doing to write this review. I stopped going to a lot of fast food restaurants because of bad customer service (including this one). I took a chance on this day. WOW! The two young people were pleasant and polite and the food was fresh! Great job managers! Great job cooks, and especially the young man (first window) and young lady (second window) I will give you all another try.

Made my order via the app at 6:25p on Sunday night. Waited for over 30 minutes only for them to be unable to find my order.
Manager came to assist and basically said Oh well. Cancel the order and do it again. The lobby had plenty of other ppl complaining of extended wait times. One woman had waited close to 30 minutes for two McChickens + two McCafe.
Other ppl seemed irritated bc they couldn’t just order at the counter.
I end up having to reorder at 7:04p. Food came at 7:18p. Of course part of my order was wrong. At this point my son is grouchy so I let him sit down and eat. I will say the food was fresh(ish).
End up getting my burger replaced again. Sat in my car at 7:29p. Only to check my order and it was wrong again. I was still in the parking lot but at this point I was over it.
I don’t see myself visiting again despite the proximity. Or if my son is in the mood, we may try Deans Bridge. Been having issue here for some time but this was too extreme not to voice.
Also, I will say the manager on staff seemed to handle it pretty well. The situation did seem a bit overwhelming but she did not look visibly irritated and she had to be.
Also there is a young man that looks like Tra Rags that usually works drive thru. He’s pretty pleasant. And there was also a fellow in the lobby. Me and another customer were visibly irritated. He held short conversation with me about my cologne and we build a little rapport. Seems like a nice guy as well.

I ordered curbside and waited nearly 20 minutes with no service. After multiple calls, I was finally told curbside wasn’t being accepted—yet nothing on the app indicated that. When I pointed this out, the representative essentially hung up, and the phone was taken off the hook. This is unacceptable. Customers deserve clear communication and basic courtesy. Do better.

Zero stars. I stopped by around 3:43 a.m. and was told they wouldn’t reopen until 4:15. I waited, came back, and was met with nothing but attitude. I wasn’t told they were out of scrambled eggs until after ordering, and the attitude continued when I still wanted my food.
Both windows were unprofessional—staring, rushing, and rude behavior the entire time. It’s 2026. If you can’t handle customer service, don’t work with the public. Paying customers deserve better. After all without us you wouldn’t even have a job

I have online ordered from here several times due to kids wanting this food. Every single time there are missing items especially sauces for nuggets. I can understand missing items from a verbal order but these are listed by the customer. No reason to get anything wrong. If it was a missing bag I can understand it’s the delivery company but this is not the case…..I have also been in this establishment and have had rude comments on how much food has been ordered. I have a big family and shouldn’t have to be made felt glutinous when I’m treating my family. I have maybe posted 1 or 2,011 reviews in my lifetime but this is ridiculous.

I waited in line for ten minutes and placed my order just for the employee to tell me the shake machine and ice cream machine is not working. There was no indication that they were not selling ice cream because there was no sticker or marker over the frozen items. It was a waste of time. The employees need to do better and put up the necessary sign(s) so people don’t waste their time or gas waiting in a long line.

Ion really don’t do reviews but for me to go to this establishment at 1:30 am this morning to be placed on hold with only two cars in drive thru. After being places on hold another vehicle pulls up and they order was taking before mines. Also they were only serving two lunch items (mcnuggets & mcchicken) and breakfast. Pull to the widow after the cast that pulls up after me order was taking to place my order and was not greeted in a friendly manner was told “ I’ll be back and close the window” and this was the manager with the purple short hair. Very unprofessional McDonald has to do better.

I almost never write a bad review but that manager on Tobacco Road has horrible customer service. If I ordered at 1:18 got home, took 2 bites and noticed my burger tasted spoiled I feel like within an hour coming back wasn’t that long! The cashier took it back I guess to try it to make sure but the manager came up, didn’t even acknowledge or talk to me until they told her I came at 1:18 and she stated why am I just bringing it back at 2:00 like it’s been over an hour. Horrible, rude attitude. Maybe it’s just a bad day but we order multiple times a week since I get happy meals for my girls. I hope your day gets better!

This is hands down the best McDonald’s in town everything was hot and fresh and tasted excellent reminds you of the old McDonald’s from the 90s I don’t know the managers name on the night time crew but I do know there sisters and they always make sure there crew is point !!!!!

They couldn’t make a caramel macchiato because the machine is broken. But they were nice about it and I ordered something else. All good.
