The server Chris was amazing! We had this dish at another location but we found out that location didn’t follow the traditional recipe. We asked for the dish to be custom.
Chris escalated the request to the manager Shane. Shane was able to make things happen. They both had great active listening skills.
We will definitely be returning. Do yourself a favor and ask for Chris to be your server.

We had a wonderful dinner! Our waiter, Blake, was fantastic—he kept our refills coming and was so helpful. He even brought out a free cheesecake for my daughter-in-law to celebrate her birthday. The food was delicious and warm.

Arrived and as soon as we were seated our waiter MJ greeted us immediately with a smile. After taking our drink order, we ordered appetizers. As soon as the drinks came, the appetizers followed quickly. The calamari was hot and very well seasoned. The bread was hot and fresh. The soup needed more seasoning but it was still good. The shrimp Alfredo pasta was everything it needed to be and a very huge portion, I’ll be eating this for a snack tonight. I was hoping the shrimp appetizer was seasoned like the calamari it wasn’t but it was still good. MJ the waiter refilled the drinks on a regular, he never asked just showed up out of nowhere refilling drinks lol. Overall the experience was good

Olive Garden never disappoints! Their Alfredo was exceptionally well made rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The portion was generous, the price very affordable, and the service warm and attentive. A perfect balance of quality and value. I will definitely be coming back!

I had a good experience at Olive Garden today. The food was tasty, though there’s a little room for improvement. One thing I really liked was the self-service kiosk for payment—it was super convenient to pay without waiting for the server. It even let me add a tip and printed my receipt right away, which was neat. My server, whose name I don’t really remember, had braids and a pretty smile. She was very calm and handled everything smoothly. What really stood out was Briana, the manager—she was super friendly and understanding about the situation we had and took care of it immediately. Thanks to her excellent service, I’ll definitely be coming back.

Good food, poor service. We planned just a light dinner , with soup and salad and appetizer, and our server was anything but available to us. Every time we wanted to rotate the soup , we had to ask another server to bring it to us. One time, even the front desk manager brought us a soup. Yet, our so-called assigned server was very, very busy chatting 2 tables away with a larger group of other clients, all the while ignoring us totally. 8 minutes she was chatting and laughing and sharing her life story probably with other clients, while ignoring us and others ….. Well, when the time came to pay the bill , we choose to ignore leaving a tip , because of the ” quality ” of the service received. It’s ok, if this job is not for everyone, maybe Olive Garden should keep waiters that are actually just doing their job. Not everyone needs to order the full menu, and the most expensive items, to get good service. Bad experience will not return to this location – don’t recommend.

For over a decade I have utilized you all and your locations for my provider lunches.
I average a couple a meals a month, and spend 600-700 bucks.
These pasta stations are not worth what you are pricing now.
Way too not look out for your clientele. And thanks for taking away the rewards program. I will find someone else to use for my meals.
