This place is so friendly and so cute! I brought my kids here for lunch, the buffet was so clean, and everything was easy to get too. Everything was so clean. The staff were all smiles and helping. There is so much easy to get in and out of parking. I’m not sure why the reviews were so low but I would make this a regular if I lived here. Also the price is unbeatable!!! For 2 adults and 1 child it was a little over $50 before tip.

It’s a Chinese buffet. There’s a large selection, pretty basic stuff n enough of a choice 4 the Fam. Sum of the food was really good n other stuff was kinda bland. Good $$$ 4 the amount ya can eat. The service was great, cleared r table quickly n very friendly. Recommended, but don’t have high quality expectations.

skip THE BUFFET AND GO STRIGHT TO THE HIBACHI GRILL, MADE FRESH BEFORE YOUR EYES AND YOU PICK ALL THE TRIMMINGS. The space is clean and they are ready to wash your table down, bring sodas and it was filled with working folks taking a break after a hard day. Its got time to SIT and not feel rushed. the buffet has lots to offer, but the fresh to order is the way to go here.

This buffet at 3650 Kietzke Ln in Reno may not have endless options, but what they do have is seriously delicious! It’s like a “quality over quantity” kind of place — every dish tastes like it was made by someone’s grandma who knows how to throw down in the kitchen. I didn’t waddle out stuffed like a turkey, but I left happy, satisfied, and already planning my next visit. The sushi? Fresh. The soups? Comfort in a bowl. The desserts? Small but mighty. The service here is not great. I asked the waiter for 3 glasses (even repeated myself a couple times) and they only gave me one. The food? It looked tasty, but it was okay. The garlic bread was good, but the fried rice tasted like it’s been out for some time. The ice cream melted right after i put it in the bowl. The clams tasted like water. While i was eating, i felt like vomiting. I even saw a tong on the floor, i gave it to the girl behind the counter and she stuck it back in the food (picture 2). The bathroom was nasty. 3 stars, don’t recommend.

Food is really good, some items didn’t seem quiet up to temperature but still good nonetheless. Service was excellent, very polite and respectful. Quiet crowd which is nice. Plenty of seating, could probably seat over 60 people. For under 20 bucks all you can eat, with today’s prices, its a steal!

I wouldn’t recommend going before they close because some of their food looks like it’s been sitting all day. I had a difficult time communicating with the two girls who were cooking my chowmein because they were unable to tell me what sauces they were going to put in my dish. A customer had to translate for me in Spanish. They need to have staff who speak English especially when we’re wanting to know what dishes or sauces they are using because a person with food allergies must be able to know what’s in the dish and it’s hard if there aren’t labels for each dish and nobody who speaks English to help.

Editing my review. Last night I went again and the food was terrible. My chicken was green. The sushi was disgusting. And flies kept landing on my food and the waiters just stare at you. We left. Never going back

The service was extremely poor, and we were charged more than the normal prices despite not receiving any good service. We were three separate groups, each with fewer than eight people, yet we were still charged additional 10% service fees.
To make matters worse, one of the staff members sat at a table in front of us watching us in an uncomfortable and unprofessional manner throughout our visit. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and we were very disappointed
