Hands down, some of the best bean burritos that I’ve ever had. Let’s face it, the quality of the food at Taco Bell can vary widely, so I wasn’t expecting much. The floor in the dining area was dirty, and the counter by the soft drinks looked like it hadn’t been wiped all day, further tempering my expectations. Service was reasonably quick at 7:00 pm on a Wednesday evening, less than five minutes from order to delivery. Our order was fairly simple and was accurately filled. But the bean burritos greatly exceeded our expectations! The tortillas were fresh and soft, the beans were warm and the perfect consistency, and every bite had cheese and onions. This is one of the better Taco Bell locations.

Ordered Taco Bell through DoorDash and asked for nacho fries and nacho cheese. Now if you saw add nacho cheese and add nacho fries your first instinct would be to put them on the side and not in the damn taco. Not very happy with this Taco Bell.

I love Tacobell. Today’s visit was a little off. They were out of mild sauce. It happens. We had some at home so it worked out. The soft tacos were really good. Super happy with those. The hard tacos were almost empty. Not sure what was up with that. When we opened up the box of tacos at home a small spider crawled out and hung off of it. Would have been great for Halloween but this was Christmas. It happens though. I still really enjoyed the meal.

food quality has really done down in the last few years. been coming to this taco been for a while now. crunchy taco shells are almost always stale, especially the dorito shells. Fries are ALWAYS cold and undercooked or lukewarm and hard, which is weird because i recently learned that nacho fries are supposed to always be cooked to order. really sucks because Taco bell has always been my favorite but recently it’s not even worth spending my money on. service is always great, team members are always extremely friendly

Just passed through this Tbell on my way to grand rapids and the manager here i think his name was Cam was literally Amazing. He was taking care of the counter ensuring the floors were clean and safe had 3 interviews and was training. Meanwhile he was calm and even though I had a decent wait just his energy alone made the environment calm. I also notice he had an interview with someone who had a preferred name and his level of inclusiveness was nothing short of spectacular. Great Job!

the only thing correct in our order was the drink. we were the only people in line after ordering and paying online. we paid extra for supreme tacos, as well as to add onions to EVERY taco, and none of the tacos were supreme nor had the onions. every item also didn’t have lettuce, like not a single thing came with lettuce on it. our order of 3 doritos locos supreme tacos (with onions added) came with ONLY cheese and meat on all 3, and the 2 crunchwrap supremes were solely meat, cheese, and sour cream. beyond ridiculous. don’t waste your time here.

Taco Bell has really improved themselves as a brand here in Jackson MI! They closed the Taco Bell on Michigan Ave and are remodeling that location!
I’m really excited! The food is great too! There seems to be confusion on how to order in the drive thru and customer service is sketchy sometimes but all and all Taco Bell is good

I ordered here on doordash. Common sense would be to put napkins in the bag at the very least but no not a single freaking napkins. How difficult is it really to put some napkins in the bag. Yall need to try better
