This has to be the worst McDonalds in existence. This McDonald’s is overpriced for no reason. All the McDonald’s in the area have better service and better prices. Do yourself a favor and just drive a couple minutes to any other McDonald’s in the area. Every time I order it’s 5-20 minute wait. Today I ordered online and had to wait 10 minutes with a line behind me until I finally thought maybe the speaker isn’t working, no the drive thru girl was flirting laughing with another customer. Instead of being apologetic she rolled her eyes said “what ya got?” I get home and open my son’s happy meal and see that his nuggets look stale and fry boxes weren’t even open. Looking at the reviews I’m not alone in feeling like this McDonalds just needs to be shut down.

It’s unethical to deny one person entry into the store and not others. The manager was rude and stated it was a “safety concern” that I went into the store, where three other customers were already waiting for their food as well. I was waiting for a customer’s order from Door Dash, as I was told by a customer who was exiting that store that they began to let Door Dash and Uber drivers into the store. The manager stated, “There’s the door- do you need help finding it?”, or something to that effect, and held the door open for me and told me to go through the drive through. He stated the other people weren’t supposed to be in there, either, and that they would be leaving; however, he didn’t make them leave at all, only me.
You can see in the photographs that two of the customers are still in there. My build is by no means threatening – 5′ 3″ and 145 pounds.
Overall, my impression is that there was another reason why I was denied entry that had nothing to do with my coming off as threatening. Whatever it was, I hope he realizes that God truly does care about what’s in a man’s heart, and with him there is no respect of persons. I felt discriminated against and disrespected, but I still genuinely hope to see this man in Heaven some day. Remember, Jesus is the reason for the season, and God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through him might be saved (John 3:17).

I’m literally sitting in the drive thru, typing up this review. Still waiting. There was only 1 car ahead of me. I dont know why its taking so long with so many people running around in there. This is the second time cuz I thought it was a busy night the first time. This crew is probably the worse I’ve seen. They are just parking car after car to beat the timer. I’m in the food industry too so I have sympathy for hard workers, but this crew is crap.

horrible service. I ordered the most simplest thing on the menu. the person at the window told us to move forward. They weren’t even busy. They left us waiting for more than 10 min. Everyone behind us got their food.

This location is the in WORST restaurant ever. They had no fountain drinks due to carbonation issue. They had no signs throughout the entire restaurant to show this. And when you order your told no sodas, given two options of tea or lemonade and when you ask for lemonade or being told, there’s an up charge for lemonade when you ask why it’s because it just is and even if we have no and drinks I told you ahead of time so I still can charge you, that is beyond the worst service ever for one then have to wait 20 minutes for two happy meals negative cheeseburger 20 minutes. Ridiculous.

I’m usually not one to complain but this McDonald’s needs some serious help. First they gave me everything I didn’t ask for, for my daughters happy meal. I ordered her a 6 piece happy meal, 2 fries, and honey mustard for dipping sauce. She got 1 fry, 1 apple slice, and BBQ sauce. She wanted more fries today but didn’t get them. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and a basket of fries combo. I got 1 double cheeseburger and a basket of fries. Luckily I caught that at the window. Then I opened my sandwich to see I got the sorriest bun for my mcrib I ever saw. It barely has any sauce too. My husband didn’t want any onions on his double cheeseburgers and they only gave him ketchup and mustard no pickles and no onions. It just looks really sad and I was really looking forward to eating this. I can’t even eat it. They got something wrong in some way or another on each of our meals. It’s like they didn’t read our order right or they didn’t take our order right. This was a disappointing experience and I won’t be going back there again that’s for sure. I even had to post pictures of this so called “burger bun” because it’s hard to believe. The pictures really don’t show what I’m looking at in real time. It’s small and really thin and it’s just making me mad that I actually paid money for this crap. I almost feel like this was done on purpose. They knew this bun shouldn’t have been used and they sold it anyway. I feel like I got bamboozled. Shame on you McDonald’s for selling me this garbage. I wish I would’ve gone to Burger King or Taco bell. I’m mad at you McDonald’s and I usually give people really good reviews. This isn’t in my character to be complaining about any business. I like to give good reviews. I just want to do my part to bring them good business and customers. And I have nothing good to say.

Just came through the drive-through the girl in the drive-through was so rude. She spoke very quietly when I was talking to her and I accidentally said huh because I couldn’t hear her and she said if you could huh you can hear. Then I told her I had 2 orders she gave me one and walked away. When I got her attention again she handed me the food but not the drink for the second order. This is probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever gone to. I waited in line 5 minutes while a 40 yr old chick in a small school girl skirt played on her phone for about 5 minutes not acknowledging that I was even there. Some people are in a hurry they’re trying to get to work they’re trying to get to interviews they’re trying to get on with their life they don’t have time to sit and wait while you want to battle on your phone.

Why is this location still open?? Waited almost an hour for ice cold fries and a burnt filet- o-fish!!!! Why has there been no improvement at this store? If you don’t want to fix it then shut it down. This has got to be the worst location in the area. While waiting inside people kept bringing in their food from the drive-thru. Every order was wrong.
