We drove 2 hours because it was what my daughter wanted for her 18th birthday dinner. Went ahead and ordered the bottomless fries as we got our food. Ended up waiting for about 45 min just to get them and had to remind the waitress as well. She barely came by because she was talking to her coworkers about it being her last day. She was sweet and all, but just because it’s your last day, doesn’t mean you slack so much your customers feel ignored. I did want more fries but it was still a long drive back home and it was getting late. We may come back again, but hopefully with more prompt service. Food was cooled off by the time we got it, so it didn’t seem so fresh and since my daughter got the lava burger, the topping was so thick she had to scoop it out onto the top. Not the best experience, but not the worst either.

This one was disappointing guys. I am not from the area was just visiting. Got super excited when looking for lunch spots to see a Red Robin. I had not had an opportunity to eat at one in years as we don’t have one in my town.
They were busy which wasn’t the issue. The issue came when we tried to order. I have worked as a server and in customer service jobs since I was in high school. So I don’t mind a wait and can be sympathetic even. So, by the time our server got to us we were pretty much ready to order as we had amply time to look over the menu. I just wanted to ask 2 questions about a deal they had for a burger meal. So when she came by and asked what we would like to drink I said well I think I am going to get said burger meal and before I could say are there options for the bottomless premium lemonade she cut me off and snapped and said I am just taking drink orders now. Which took me aback bc my question was in fact about my drink. So I just got a water and didn’t order anything. It was really off putting and I wanted to leave but I was with other people. I did have a bite of my son’s salmon and it was delicious. Everyone talked how great the food tasted. The server never came back to our table. Someone else brought our food and I had to go and find my own utensils so my son could eat his salmon. I also had to go and find to go boxes for the table because she just never came back. Even when we tried to flag her down. I just wanted to ask about the lemonade before making a final decision on my order. I’m really sorry if that was the wrong move. I really wish it had played out differently because I was so excited and during the holiday season I like to tip 40%.

One of the few places in the area I know I can get something to eat safely as a celiac, which is so so helpful. Travis is a wonderful server! He went above and beyond, making sure I was aware of potential cross contact that I hadn’t been told about previously and keeping my food separate. He knew about celiac without me having to explain it, which is really reassuring. He was also incredibly personable and welcoming, great to chat with and very attentive to our table! Thank you Travis, you are an icon and a legend!!

Went in this afternoon for an early dinner. There was only 4 of us, when I say I was more than disappointed. Every single table in the bar was dirty with cups and plates. The bar itself had dirty cups all over it. The bathroom was out of toilet paper and one stall so nasty you couldn’t use it. Trash cans overflowing. Mop buckets of dirty water sitting in the middle of the restaurant, overflowing into the table section. DISGUSTING! They weren’t even busy.

Then the food! All of our burger were wrong, fries uncooked. Drinks empty. And the bartender stood at the table across from us and talked to them the entire time.

The hostess was rude. I watched her roll her eyes when someone asked for a booth instead of a table and was on her phone in the kitchen the majority of the time.

0/10. Negative stars Red Robin. Do better.

My first time here, I should’ve gone for the burger. But the Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich looked really good so I went for it. The chicken was cooked perfectly and juicy, and toppings were delicious. The spice level was supposedly their highest but I barely felt any heat (though it’s probably cause I have a high spice tolerance). The bottomless sides are also a nice perk, and they let you order a side to-go which is great.

Went here with family for the first time in a while and I guess I just forgot why we dont come here. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger. First it came out with only lettuce, had to ask for the tomato and onion. Got our check and I was charged $1.20 for the cheese and $2.99 for garlic parmesean fries. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t have a menu at this point, but just looked online to see and the burger definitely comes “with your choice of cheese” and the garlic parm fries do not have a price next to them. $80 for 4 people (2 small children). We’ll definitely remember why we don’t come here next time. Macados has a better burger if you’re looking for a recommendation!

We had the best time here! Celebrated Hubbies Birthday with a Gift Certificate he was given. He had never been before. The food was excellent! I got the Lettuce wrapped burger and it was awesome! Our Server the Bartender was amazing, knowledgeable, and so kind! The guy who brought us out food was so charming and sweet! The atmosphere was laid back with great music playing at a great level. Highly recommend eating here. Even before a movie like we did! Thank You for a great time! We will be back!

The burgers are good although too pricey (average of $17 per burger). But the main problem is the “bottomless side”: we were 6 guests and we all ordered French fries. The first round was already very salty but the second round was even saltier. It was almost INEDIBLE. I want the manager to know that customers are not dumb and they can see the trick. It’s almost false advertising and very deceptive for a label such as Red Robin. When I order “endless soup and salad” at Olive Garden they don’t add more and more salt to make customers stop asking for more. VERY DECEPTIVE

Disgusting. Burger was oozing so much mayo and cheese out of the side it took five napkins to clean it off. Was a gross, soggy, falling apart, jumbled mess. The cheese was no better, half of it spilling out over the side of the burger with the mayo. Paid WAY too much for worse quality than a fast good place, what a rip off, avoid this place. It used to be good but is no longer. Just check out the pics, they say everything, and these were taken AFTER I had already wiped it off several times!!

Look Red Robin has been our old faithful for years. My wife and I have been to Red Robin locations all over the Place and never had a bad experience. Today wasn’t technically a bad experience per say but it was not good either. They have changed the buns to this black and white sesame seed brioche bun. This would be a good thing but they were dry and lacked the flavor you would expect from brioche. My wife got the new Bacon and Blue burger which looked amazing on the pictures and videos we had seen of it loaded with bacon and caramelized onions. This thing had a little bit of onions hidden under the cheese with 2 small pinky dink pieces of bacon on it. Looked nothing like the pictures or videos showed. I wanted the smoke and pepper burger but seen they have gotten rid of the chibatta buns they used to come with and again it has the new brioche bun. What the heck Red Robin!! Told the server to keep the fries coming please and she brought out 1 basket then the meal and then waited until I had 2 bites left of my burger to ask if I wanted more. Filled my wife’s drink 2x and mine 1x. I have had times I have gotten service like this where it seems ya have to fight for the fries a bit, but the food has always been great. This time, this location, what a let down. Have had better burgers at the golden arches. I dont think I’ll go back to Red Robin after this honestly. Definitely won’t be back to the one in Christiansburgh VA that is for sure. Least they had a football game on the screen for me to watch. Best part of the whole meal were the fries. Just a let down guys.
