Ordered a quarter pounder with no cheese, or pickles, Received it without both items but had a piece of plastic stuck to the top of the burger. When shown to the manager, she stated that it was a separation sheet and that the cook was in training. She apologized and recooked a new burger along with fries and apple pie for the inconvenience. Photo of corporate response. No contact other than an automated response. Sad

We stopped by this McDonald’s in the evening, and it was a really pleasant experience overall. The restaurant was very clean with a modern and stylish interior — definitely a bit more unique than the usual setup, which we appreciated! It had a welcoming atmosphere and felt well taken care of.
The only reason we’re giving it four stars instead of five is because the service was a little slower than expected for around 8 PM. Nothing too bad — just a bit of a wait.
Otherwise, everything was great! The food was fresh, the staff was polite, and my son Alex loved the ice cream — as always, it made his day.
We’d happily stop here again. Definitely recommend this location if you’re in the area!

Food was good… when it got to us. It was 3pm and the restaurant wasn’t very busy. We waited forever for our food. There were only 2 other families waiting in the restaurant and they complained about their wait time too. We could have gone to a sit-down restaurant instead for a faster food service. When we left there was a long line of cars in the drive thru.
(And they got the order wrong.)
Understaffed? Kitchen malfunction? Who knows. The new layout of McDonalds diminishes employee-customer interaction.

Worst McDonalds experience ever, they missed the mark. Took over an hour to get food that we ordered off the app. Could not use rewards or points at this Resturaunt. Staff were rude, denied our request for refund after we had been there 50 plus minutes. They prioritized door dash and drive thru over our order. When we did receive our food it was wrong. I’d go the 5 miles north or a little farther south and try another restaurant.

Worst Mcdonalds I’ve ever been too, and I’ve been to hundred around the world. Food was cold. Fries were gross. Bigmac was all wrong and cold. Food took forever and no one was even there. I’ve been to 3rd world locations with way better food. For as much as they charge these days you’d think they’d at least meet their own already low standards.

It took 53 minutes(I counted) to get my order on a dine in order. Meanwhile the staff prioritized the drive thu ONLY. I understand if you have a late night rush but when I entered the building there were only enough cars to reach back to the drive thru order screen in line. I watched cars sift out of the line the whole time sitting inside waiting for nobody to even acknowledge the fact that there was an order waiting on the inside(I could hear their conversations about orders and prioritization). Not once was mine mentioned. Get it together.

When did McDonald’s get so expensive? We were traveling and stopped for breakfast. It was $30 dollars for 3 biscuits and large orange juice and a small coffee. The food was good and fresh and the people were friendly.
