This sonic used to be great and now it’s just gone downhill in all ways. The food isn’t great, see picture of my dry old breakfast burrito. We ordered two ice coffees and specified iced coffee not iced latte multiple times but we still got charged for the iced latte. When we told her she had no idea they had iced coffee or what the difference was. We ordered orange juice and didn’t get it and then asked and they made us place the order through the machine again. The machine they use to pay doesn’t work so we couldn’t press any of the buttons. It was really aggravating to have basically every part of the process not work and be charged more.

My order was good and hot. But I asked for my burger well done and I dont believe it was cause it wasnt brown enough on the inside. Is it possible you guys can cook the burger about 4 minutes longer?

Waited over 30 minutes for two shakes. All the employees were just standing around chatting. Had to pop into the door for them to even acknowledge my order. Ice cream sat out the entire time and they handed me completely melted shakes. Super disappointing and won’t be coming back.

Ordered a breakfast burrito (and other items for the family) on May 4th 2024. Got the food home and took a bite out of the burrito to discover a plastic bread bag clip in the folds of the tortilla. I immediately took the burrito back to the location to get a refund and was told by the person in charge that I can’t have a refund due to ordering the items on the app. She said I would need to cancel the order. I tried explaining to her that you can’t cancel an order once it’s been picked up. She just kept repeating “I can’t do anything”. There was no manager on duty that day, and after calling and leaving a message, I received no call back from a manager.
I contacted customer service the same day while sitting in their parking lot. They made it sound like it would be a week to resolve the refund I requested.
I called customer service again on June 1 to get an update on my refund and was told it was still being investigated.

Just order a jr burger with mustard and onions only no cheese, they put cheese The onion rings were old, reheated and unedible. Both burgers were also cold. You should never reheat any of the food. It should all be made fresh. 36th and Quebec. They meals have gone downhill.

I want to thank the young man that stood in and helped me tonight. I didn’t catch his name. However, after ordering $60 of food and drinks and not getting the half price on the drinks in this order, I wasn’t upset however I decided to order additional drinks to take home and the app was not working at this particular location and it said to call the location. I was having issues with being that I was there. I asked to speak to the manager, asking her if she can honor the deal ordering from the restaurant directly due to the app having issues with their particular restaurant. The only thing she said and knew how to say was she had no leverage over the app and could not on the deal which would’ve been only taken four dollars off of my order after spending over $60. I sat there and I converse with her about the situation over and over and the only thing that she could tell me was, she had no leverage over the app and could not help me so I advised that I was going to get additional help the next day with a day manager or if I had to speak to a manager higher up. So then I was looking for a pin to write down her name and then all of a sudden they said we didn’t have to pay for the drinks at all after going back-and-forth for about 4 minutes. In addition to spinning over $60, did not include the tip because I always take care of the wait staff. And I tip well and as I was walking off all of a sudden, the gentleman says hold up and he brings me a $10 gift card. This I felt was a way of him telling me I apologize for the inconvenience. Please come back. Please let me know the gentleman’s name. I’d like to include his name on this review and honor his customer service.

I have never been to Sonic, but I knew they offered Coneys (as they put it on their menu). I finally had the time, the geographical opportunity, and enough cash in my wallet to give them a try. Not that it was at all expensive, no indeed. It was fun to use the drive-in carport and its radio. The last time I did that was at the Pennfield A&W in Battle Creek, Michigan in the mid-Seventies! Anyway, I was disappointed. My dog had hardly any chili on it, and the cheese was that fake cheesy sauce that is all too common in malls and food courts. I’d say the quality was about on par with Dairy Queen or the A&W’s that currently share space with KFC’s. In other words, reminiscent of a real once-upon-a-time chili dogs, but not after the first bite. Too bad! I did like the little Sonic mint they gave me. That was a nice touch.

No meat on the burger. I live 20 minutes away. I tried calling. Phone automated. We were so hungry and so disappointed!! Can’t even call to get refund or replacement!
