Avoid this location—Management is a disgrace.
Our experience was a disaster from start to finish. I was served raw steak medallions twice, and my wife’s meal was served raw as well.
The real issue, however, was the Service Manager, Juan. When we questioned why we were billed for food we couldn’t eat, Juan was incredibly condescending and rude to my wife, telling her, “We’re not in the business of giving away free food.”
It wasn’t “free food”—it was inedible, undercooked food that we sent back. Juan’s dismissive and disrespectful attitude toward my wife was completely unacceptable. A manager with this level of hostility and poor service should be let go immediately. He is a liability to Texas Roadhouse.

My family and I came yesterday 2-9, and our server was Marcus I believe! He said he just transferred to casper from Colorado. He was the best server we’ve had in a long time! He had positive energy and really cares about his customers! He had great conversations with us! On top of that, the food was delicious, My son loved the ribs, cuz they fall off the bone and our steaks were perfect! All of the food was very delicious!

Good food, nice wait staff but the hour and 15 minute wait to be seated was infuriating. What made it worse were the hostesses continuing to lie about why. We had a party of 9. Not that crazy. They continued to seat large party’s that showed up a half hour after we did and they told us they were on the let first. Unfortunately for them we knew most of the people coming in and visited with them about when they called in. The hostesses LIED to us multiple times. We still ended up sitting in separate tables not even close to each other. They could have sat us in the same configuration an hour earlier.

For a steakhouse the only thing they could get right was salad. Out of 3 steaks none of them came out right. 1 steak was palatable the other 2 were sent back. Apparently medium is hard to achieve at a steak goes from raw to hockey puck. Manger comes by looks at the steaks says apparently some steaks got messed up. A ya 33.3 percent of the three steaks order were screwed up. Typical send something back and go complete opposite direction. On a plus note the waitress was great. For a steak house we frequent around the USA definitely need some education in the cooking department apparently when is comes to steak temperature. Better luck next time I guess. It’s a shame because outback steakhouse is literally across the street.

We mover here a year and ten months ago we’ve eaten here 3 times in this time frame. The first time it took forever to get our food, the second time we ate here the service was good, but this last time our server hardly came to the table. They were out of rolls when we were seated but then had to ask several people several times for rolls when other tables were receiving rolls. They need to retrain their waitstaff on how to wait on tables. We were there during off hours a day the restaurant was not busy. We won’t be back.

Went to Texas Roadhouse with a party of two was very busy. After we were seats Katrina our waitress, was very friendly and attentive. Brought our drinks fast took our order. Upon our food being delivered I went to take a bite of my mashed potatoes, and there was a piece of black hard plastic in the potatoes. Right after I found it Juan, the manager came over made him I made him aware that there was a piece of plastic in my potatoes. All Juan had to say was it looked like a mushroom. I told him no actually it’s not. It’s a hard piece of plastic. He had a shitty attitude took the potatoes away. Juan literally said nothing when this happened. Not sorry not anything. Juan came back with the potatoes, set them on the table and didn’t say a word and walked off. We weren’t mad about the incident, but a simple I’m sorry or anything would’ve made the situation better. He also talked down to the waitresses and was very short and rude. Texas Roadhouse should really evaluate this manager, as I saw on previous reviews that there had been incidents with him. Shout out to Katrina!!! Get rid of Juan! Definitely not manager material!

Not the best experience I’ve had normally I enjoy going to Texas Roadhouse but my hostess forgot the buns and told the waitress about the buns no one came for them. Took 20 minutes for the buns. Then I saw the waitress at our table 3 times but yet she was at over tables 6 or 7. There was a hair on a lemon wedge that was served to me. The food was still good the ribs were fall off the bone delicious and the steak was juicy

So I went there Sunday for hopes to get gift cards with the special buy $50 get $10 because we spend A LOT when we go there on just 4 ppl. Well, they didn’t have them yet. So that was disappointing. But then when it came time to actually dine there it was Sunday November 2nd we were celebrating my husbands birthday. We called ahead and everything. Still had to wait….. Did not receive ANY dinner rolls at the table whatsoever, ordered 3 Ribeye dinners 12 ounce, all cooked different all with mashed potatoes and gravy and then one roadkill. Every single ribeye was nothing but fat. Hardly any meat to the cut. There was no A1 steak sauce for my husbands road kill, The mashed potatoes NEVER arrived. It wasn’t until the end of the meal when we were offered baked potatoes as a substitution. My husband NEVER received his mushrooms on his roadkill… Was asked after he was nearly done with it if he still wanted them. I notified them it was my husbands birthday when we arrived. I even wrote a note to the waitress to let her know as she took our drink orders. We had planned to bring in cake and gifts in when they sang but it wasn’t until AFTER we ate that she asked in front of my husband if we still wanted them to sing happy bday to him ruining the surprise. I have to say in all of the years across the country we had been visiting Texas Roadhouse locations this was by far heart breaking and for $160/billi in today’s economy I was completely disappointed.
We can only afford to go here for special occasions as is and for them to continuously mess up to this extent on one of our special occasion outings. I don’t know if we will be revisiting this location.
