I recently visited the drive-through and was disappointed with the level of hygiene I observed. The employee handling the food had noticeably long and dirty nails and was not wearing gloves. When it comes to food service, cleanliness is extremely important, and this made me uncomfortable about the safety of the meal I received.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reinforces proper hygiene standards with staff to ensure a safer and more pleasant experience for customers.

This is the worst McDonald’s by far. The service is slow and unprofessional. Nobody has any sense of urgency to do anything. No ice. Tables were dirty, they take forever to unlock the bathrooms. It’s also extremely small and not fit for dining in with a group. There are only three tables. Just awful.

I ordered this time through Uber eats and, of course, the issues concerning the long delivery time would be ridiculous of me to link up with McDonald’s. For what is worth though, I will note that the food was completely cold. As far as I could tell, the condiments I requested were added appropriately to each of the sandwiches and the food overall too left little room for expectations of improvement considering that it is after a fast food location/restaurant.

The person at the pay window was very nice. Once I pulled up to get the food they used all sorts of bad language. I had my kids in the car. Nobody in the service industry should ever be comfortable talking like that in front of customers. Food wasn’t that great either. It was warm-ish. They didn’t give me all the nuggets I ordered. The fries some were warm and others cold. It was very odd. I won’t be coming back here at all.

I had high hopes for this location. However that didn’t last long. Upon arrival the front door was locked and had to go to the side, no big deal. We ordered with ease on the order kiosk’s. I selected eat in and grabbed a number card. When the food came out the employee yelled out my order expecting me to come and get the food, again no big deal. The employee notified me that the shake machine was down and no shamrock shake could be made, she offered to give me another drink of choice but I declined, since the shake was the whole reason for coming. That was a big deal to me. The employee didn’t offer to give a refund for the drink not available instead she walked away to help other customers. In my view Absolutely terrible customer service! A refund is not going to make more break me but other folks it just might. Be aware of this location and the sheer lack of customer service. I will NOT come back. Good luck…..

Forgot an item every single time. We went here since it’s right down the street, we got back and realized they had for gotten sauces and apple slices we ordered, we said no big deal. This last past time we went we had specifically asked was apple slices were in the bag, he nodded and we went on. Once we got home we realized it was not in the bag, this is the THIRD time we’ve been here and we hate to be that person but next time we’re sitting there and making sure our things we PAID FOR are in the bag.

No ice, but charging for sauce? If you don’t have the expected service, give the customer the damn sauce. No coffee either, what is this? Burger smashed like whoever made it hate their life… I get it though, I’d hate my life too.

Update: No, you don’t get more work from me. I went to another one close by, they gave me free ice and a refill, coffee, and free sauces to apologize for y’alls mediocre behavior. Same company, same late shift, different integrity and care. Almost seemed like a chik fil a.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The employees are wretched to deal with. The food is bad — one time I got an egg McMuffin with no egg and some weird sauce. If you order pickup at the counter from the app, they make you wait 10 minutes to address you despite the bag being ready on the counter. There was also a shooting in the bathroom. Don’t go here.

The food is as you’d expect, though the door is often smashed out or the ordering system is broken. Sometimes takes a while to get your food. But the staff are nice.
