Well Mcdonald’s is Mcdonald’s! You pretty much know what you’re gonna get when you get your order. It appears there are portions have shrunk, and the prices have gone up! On this occasion, I ordered a big breakfast with pancakes. The pancakes were quite small from the norm. I think even the sausage shrunk a little too, but the food all tasted good. Coffee could have been a little hotter. It’s close to the Detroit Metro Airport, so you can grab a bite either on your way to the airport or after you’re coming out and you’re starving from being on a long flight. The road is kind of busy as there is a stoplight just before mcdonald’s and it’s right near the car return area so there are lots of vehicles coming and going. Curbside, pickup worked efficiently. If you like to watch planes take off and land this is a great place because they take off and land every ten to fifteen minutes at certain times of the day. You are basically right under them as they’re taking off and it’s kind of cool to watch these giant birds reach heights as quickly as they do. They are quite loud! Fun to watch h while your eating.

Quite possibly my worst fast food experience save the Wendy’s in Belleville that’s now closed. Took two attempts to place drive through order as staff stepped away partway through. Was directed to park and wait for food, which I realize isn’t unusual and I typically don’t mind. I do mind waiting nearly 30 minutes and having to go inside twice. Twice because the first time I could not get the attention of any staff despite standing by the register for nearly 5 minutes. I very nearly left empty handed out of frustration. Second attempt I was able to catch someone and after some confusion seemed to lay hands on my order. Until I left and realized about half the order was incorrect in terms of either sizing or flavoring (I did not ask for spicy). For the record my order consisted of 5 items, all of them off the regular menu. I can guarantee I will not be patronizing this location again.

When you catch the food, hot and fresh, its amazing. But usually the food is warm, at best. The wait times can be lengthy. Seems to run on a skeleton crew after 5pm on weekdays. Staff plays around, having inappropriate conversations for everyone to hear. Restrooms and dining are usually clean and free of trash and debris.

This place suck and so do the workers. Realistically and ethically I shouldn’t be eating here but I had points to get a free McChicken for my lunch break and they kept me in line for over 5 minutes while servicing other drivers

Me and my family visited at 9pm tonight August 17th. And this was seen easily from the drive thru window. I told the manager on staff that, that is a concern to have clothes and shoes on a food cart. In the midst of a kitchen thats supposed to be sanitary. He stated that the food is fine and did not seem to care or wish to rectify. Just plain gross, we did not eat the food.

Ordered takeout on the app. 30 minutes later spmeone asks me id I had a mobile order. Food is all cold and old and hard. What a way to start my monday morning with some cold food there were 3 cars in driveway when I walked in and no more than 2 people in the lobby what were these workers doing for that long? They attitudes are so terrible up here and than they keep you waiting for so long to order……. They smoothie machines never seem to work at a certain time apparently. I don’t know the franchise needs to have somebody higher up come there out the blue and see how they treat people

They looked into my bag and then exchanged back and forth and I thought nothing of it.
Drove away and then found out that they hadn’t given me my sandwich instead they gave me a sausage, egg, mcbiscuit. I’m allergic to pork.
I called then they told me they couldn’t refund unless I turned around. I had already driven 20 minutes on a 3 hour trip.

Whats the point of doing a mobile order when you have to wait 20+ minutes…. I order 1 thing on most occasions and rather it’s busy or completely empty i still have to wait, the drive thru line moves along and customers come in and out yet I’m still waiting. Then when someone finally acknowledges me it’s “are you waiting for something” . The entire staff will look you in your eyes and act like you’re not there up until it’s impossible. A 20+ minute wait for a single simple burger is unacceptable.
