Arianna at Merritt Island Chic Fela was absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly kind, energetic, and helpful from start to finish. What truly stood out was how engaging and patient she was with my son—she made him feel comfortable, included, and genuinely excited to be there. Her positive energy and attention to detail made the entire experience enjoyable for our whole family. Exceptional customer service—Arianna is a true asset to the store!
Imagine a 11 years old boy crying, saying he never wants to eat Chick Fil A ever again!!!
After arriving home, I noticed that my pickup order was missing a Chick-fil-A® Deluxe sandwich for my son!!! I immediately called the store and spoke with the manager, Destiny, who informed me that I would need to return to the store in person to receive a refund, as refunds cannot be processed online. I also asked whether the missing item could be delivered, which was declined.
This situation is especially disappointing because I asked the cashier twice at the counter to confirm that my order was complete and was assured that it was.
Requiring a customer to return to the store due to an internal error is unacceptable and reflects a lack of attention to customer service. I expect better accuracy and accountability, particularly when customers make a point to verify their order before leaving.
FYI – NEVER LEAVE WITHOUT CHECKING EVERYTHING IN THE BAG

You shouldn’t have to drive thru 3 times to make it right.

I will not come back to the Merritt Island location again.

They did have an employee walking around giving people mints and asking if they could do anything for them which was very nice.
