This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The bathrooms were dirty, which was already a bad sign. I ordered the shrimp Tex-Mex salad, and shortly after eating it, my stomach hurt. The food did not taste fresh at all—the rice tasted like instant boxed rice and the dish was served suspiciously fast.
The service was just as disappointing. The waitress Angelo never came by to check on me or ask how the food was. He only came at the very end. For a $30 plate, this level of food quality and customer service is unacceptable.
It was almost 10 PM and there were barely any customers, yet cleanliness, food quality, and service were all lacking. Overall, a very disappointing experience

We did a takeout on July 2. Our coleslaw was spoiled. My burger wasn’t done. The salad was disgusting and I was sick all day yesterday from eating my bacon burger usually, it’s pretty good there but this time I don’t know what happened. Won’t be back for a long time if at all.

We come here quite often. This last time was even better due to our server, Dean. He was different than other servers we have had at other restaurants. He would strike up a conversation and actually got to know us. The next time you go, ask to see if he is working and request him and yiu will know what I mean.
Overall it was a nice visit. We were seated right away which I didn’t expect since it was a Friday evening. The service was good. The food was good even through it did take a while to get it. We did the 2 for $23 (or something like that) deal.

Good food, good service. You can’t beat that. We’ve been coming to this location for several years now. We like to pop in every once in a while to see what’s new in the menu. This last visit was a real treat.

Today is Monday February 23rd, me and my friend group came in around 8:30 pm. When we sat down we didn’t get service for a good 20 mins before even asking for our drinks and food by that point we just ordered all of our food at once. There were only about 5 groups of people inside the place eating and about 5 staff on floor. We waited for another 30 mins for only our appetizers to arrive then we asked the food runner how long the other food would take since we have already been here for about and hour, to which she said she would go and ask for us. Our server came over and asked what the mistake was and we let her know that we had already been here for an hour to which she said she would go and see what was ready and then came back with all separate checks even though it was supposed to be on one but she didn’t ask. When we corrected her that we didn’t want the entrees so we weren’t going to pay for that which she stormed off agitated. We tried to stay calm while she was being rude the whole time and only check on us once to order the food and the next time when we asked to only pay for the drinks and appetizers since we still didn’t receive the food. During that time me friend group over heard her talking unprofessionally to another coworker about us during this time as well. I will not be coming back to this establishment hopefully others have a better experience but mine was not great at all.

Sat at the bar and Noah took amazing care of us, will be returning regularly to see him. Drink was tasty, food was good too! (As a server I’ve never found a place I would like to be a regular at until now.)

This Applebee’s is a way from my house, I stopped here for lunch between appointments. This is probably the best applebee’s I’ve ever eaten at. Very clean even the bathrooms were spotless. This was during lunch, and I had excellent service. They were kind of busy, but the waitress was able to keep up, It seemed with every table and their needs. I had the wonton tacos they were filled to the brim, the chicken was cooked perfectly, the cabbage was topped awesomely, and the shell was crispy. Very good, for the price, you get quite a bit.

Would probably give zero if it was an option… I called the rest before heading over as it was Christmas eve, whoever picked up said they closed at 10pm so we headed over, arrived at 7pm and waitress told us the wait time would he around 30-45 minute so of course we understood and waited… no additional check in happened only for the same waitress to tell us 50 minutes in that they wouldn’t be able to sit us since they closed at 8pm…. Couldn’t her / them check in regularly and tell us sooner!? Terrible, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE….

DO NOT RECOMMEND: We were seated and waited over 15 min before we finally decided to walk out. No one was tending to the tables. The “manger” looked distracted and was too busy flirting with the bartender and goofing off to tell that his guest were waiting for service. Will not be returning to this location.

A tradition for my husband and I to go to Applebee’s for our Veteran’s dinner..specifically this one; we don’t just go here for Veteran’s Day, though. Having a mum and a good percentage of our 6 children who have worked in the service industry we are generally good tippers. And with the free meal we will tip on what the bill would have been before any discounts- taking into consideration the service, of course. Where we were sat, the table was dirty – a minor oversight, we weren’t bothered by initially. There were veterans all around us, our brothers and sisters in arms! We ordered our drinks, and my husband decided he would try both of the specialty margaritas during our meal. We got our drinks, were never really asked if we wanted starters. We put in our food order and as our food was brought to us, I could hear the conversations our server was having with other veteran patrons – asking them if they were doing alright, if they wanted another beer, another drink, thanking them for their service, etc. My husband finished his drink, we finished our food and had talked about getting a dessert and getting him his second margarita. It was then we realized our server had barely come to the table. No checking in on us, no asking about drinks, nothing. I hear him ask another vet table if everything is good and if they need anything; stopping again at another table to ask if they wanted another beer or more drink – and finally stopping at our table asking if we wanted boxes – not if we wanted another drink or dessert or even just to ask if we were doing alright. It wasn’t just our server but the manager also talking with other tables, passing out the little come back and see us Bryan gift cards to others and completely walking by ours as though we were invisible. Highly disappointing and frustrating as this was always our favorite Applebee’s! We didn’t need special treatment, nor the gift cards, hell we didn’t even need a thanks for your service..just some good old fashioned common courtesy. Our server asked us if everything was good [right as we were about to pay], and my husband said, “I wouldn’t say good, the service was horrible.” Our server laughed it off with an “ok” and went on about his evening. I write this, not because I expect anything out of it (I really don’t expect much out of this Applebee’s anymore, to be honest). Rather this is more to inform patrons that 1) this is the worse service I’ve had in a restaurant since the Oklahoma Denny’s kerfuffle of 1997; 2) I’m unsure why we were chosen to be treated like this, and as loyal as we are to restaurants we will recommend them to all of our friends/family veteran and civilian alike — by the same, we will no longer spend our money where we’re unwelcome and gladly notify our friends and family to the like; and 3) Chili’s is close by they’ve got great Margs and servers (Victoria is our fave)!
