The employees at this restaurant were absolutely amazing. It was my lunch today 3/4/26 at 12:40 before I go to work and I was trying to get something in my tummy. And I ordered some chicken strips. Unfortunately, as amazing as the service was and as wonderful as the people there are. I got raw chicken strips somehow. they were flimsy and I didn’t think too much of it for some reason. It looked OK but they made me sick. Threw up at work. Best advice is for anyone in the kitchen to not rush cooking the food.
Also if the chicken strips are flimsy don’t eat it. Be smart.

This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s that I have ever been to. There have been several occasions where I have come through in the morning to be told that they’re only taking doordash orders or they’re only taking cash or they’re only taking online orders. Today was the best one of all we’re not taking orders because we’re doing a shift change. How long does it take to switch out a register there are no other registers that you can take an order on? It’s too bad that Chick-fil-A is not open earlier because they are way better than this McDonald’s with attitude and service

The morning manager is one of tho most, I don’t want to be here and I hate every customer that comes in. Always an issue with this guy and the Afternoon crew isn’t much better with accuracy on orders. Skip this location.

Floor was greasy, didn’t have what I wanted, seasonal pepermint mocha, and service wasn’t that great. Handed me a hot chocolate without telling me they didn’t have the pepermint syrup. I will drive further next time to a different MD’s.

I wish I was able to leave 0 stars because it was so awful. They didn’t mark the drinks and when they got told to remake them, the girl put a straw in the regular cokes and never marked the diet. They aren’t suppose to be touching our straws because it is unsanitary. Our food was cold, the hi-c tasted like water, the fries were stale. I will never be going there ever again.

Let’s start with the fact that my boyfriend went up to order with a live person and not off the screens they have and he was greeted with a rude employee huffing and puffing and rolling their eyes because heaven forbid they have good customer service and have to do their job. Get a new job if you hate the one you have. And then we sat down to eat after being greeted very rudely and we found a hair in his breakfast sandwich. I didn’t finish my hash brown or coffee. Disgusting attitudes and unclean place. Find the next McDonalds. We didn’t even say anything because I was not about to have a conversation with uneducated people. Not worth my time.

Went through the drive through at the Secor Rd. Mc Donalds at about 9:30 Friday night. Ordered two Big Macs ,got home and both were half made as the photos show. Called to complain. Female answered the phone said she was the manager when I asked. I told her about my sandwiches she apologized,asked me to hold and never came back. Now thats what I call great customer service. When you work at Mc Donalds how can you half make a Big Mac?
