Everyone wants to be paid more, but some can’t even handle the basic functions of the job. The receipt should be checked and the bag confirmed before it’s handed off. I understand you’ll refund me for the missing hash brown, but it’s not worth driving all the way back and wasting more gas than the hash brown costs.
I know some people will say I should’ve just eaten at home, but that’s not the point. If I spend my hard-earned money, I expect competent service. Customer service feels dead these days, and I won’t be returning to any McDonald’s franchise locations.
Ended up not getting my second orders food as no one was willing to help me at the register. This was definitely not an issue of being busy either as I have been to this same store with 3x the cars in the drive through and was helped quick however this would have been the night crew not the morning team. Overall pretty bummed I was unable to get all of my breakfast due to the lack of service.
The sausage biscuit that I did get ended up being cold halfway through as well. Could not speak on how the sausage egg McGriddle was as again nobody wanted to take my money to complete the order.
I also witnessed one man in front of me get a DoorDash order while stating to the employee that he also had a personal order. Your employee just ignored him and went back to packing up orders without so much as a sorry we will have it shortly or anything to acknowledge the guest. Left a bad taste in my mouth overall.
PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY MY SON DIDN’T RECEIVE HIS FOOD UNTIL 11:27!
Over a half an hour for a double quarter pounder meal.
