I went to McDonald’s and ordered a breakfast platter with hotcakes and an orange juice. The meal comes with one hash brown, and I paid for an extra one. I received everything except the extra hash brown—instead, I got an empty hash brown sleeve with sporks and a napkin inside.

Everyone wants to be paid more, but some can’t even handle the basic functions of the job. The receipt should be checked and the bag confirmed before it’s handed off. I understand you’ll refund me for the missing hash brown, but it’s not worth driving all the way back and wasting more gas than the hash brown costs.

I know some people will say I should’ve just eaten at home, but that’s not the point. If I spend my hard-earned money, I expect competent service. Customer service feels dead these days, and I won’t be returning to any McDonald’s franchise locations.

Get food. Loved the Big Mac. Service was okay. Wanna be candy star clone served me caramel ice cream, understandable I meet wannabes everyday. Otherwise I enjoyed my meal.

After ordering, we waited to pay for our meal at the counter and was just ignored for about 5 minutes. Then when I asked to use the bathroom, I received attitude from the manager. Very rude people working here.

Used a reward on the mobile app to claim a sausage biscuit to be grabbed at the counter. While waiting for that order to be made I ordered another sandwich on the kiosk but needed to pay cash. Stood by the register for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. A gentlemen who was behind me in the line was greeted and helped still before I was acknowledged.
Ended up not getting my second orders food as no one was willing to help me at the register. This was definitely not an issue of being busy either as I have been to this same store with 3x the cars in the drive through and was helped quick however this would have been the night crew not the morning team. Overall pretty bummed I was unable to get all of my breakfast due to the lack of service.
The sausage biscuit that I did get ended up being cold halfway through as well. Could not speak on how the sausage egg McGriddle was as again nobody wanted to take my money to complete the order.

I also witnessed one man in front of me get a DoorDash order while stating to the employee that he also had a personal order. Your employee just ignored him and went back to packing up orders without so much as a sorry we will have it shortly or anything to acknowledge the guest. Left a bad taste in my mouth overall.

This has to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The workers had terrible attitudes, and the managers did as well. I ordered a burger and fries, and after waiting about 30 minutes, my food was cold. To make matters worse, there was a hair in my fries. I would advise anyone who plans to eat here to be prepared for poorly prepared food and terrible customer service. The only positive part of my experience was the employee with the dermal piercing, who was the most helpful and professional person there.

Parking lot is a little weird but I don’t know any other way to set it up given the location. Food was good. Stay away during lunch hours when school is in. There were so many teenagers we couldn’t get to the counter to get a drink refill if we’d wanted to.

Went to the Drive-thru and ordered a coffee (which apparently this place is the only one who doesn’t do it after 9pm) to which a female worker said that they could only do hot and not iced and when asked “how come” we got a snippy response. Then when we pulled up she was clearly bad-mouthing and pointing at us to her coworker/manager and stared at us until she finally decided to open the windows so we could could pay. Tell the blonde girl to fix her attitude when customers can see her.

I placed an order through the app for my child at 10:47AM. I stated I was already there so they wouldn’t delay the preparation of my son’s food.
PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY MY SON DIDN’T RECEIVE HIS FOOD UNTIL 11:27!

I go there just in the chance I see the girl at the 2nd window in the morning who is alwayz so happy and cheerful and beautiful. Her nails done all cute and makeup with her cheerful “Have a great day!!” Brightens my mornings up Everytime!!
