Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered from this branch and it was a total disaster. The chicken was old, dripping with oil, and—most shockingly—completely undercooked and raw on the inside. The fries were dark and greasy as well. To top it off, they gave me the wrong order, which I only realized after getting home. If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this location at all costs!

Brand new Popeyes in Middleburg Hts. The line was pretty long, but moved very quickly. The staff was helpful with our order. Apparently Door Dash drivers are able to cut off people in line though. I think staff members should make door dash either go inside or they wait like everyone else. Otherwise, the chicken was very good and the staff worked quickly. Also, our order was correct, which is a plus.

I just came home from the drive-thru & it’s SO much faster than the one on Lorain & 150th. Even timed it and was pulling out of the driveway in about 10 minutes after 3 cars were ahead of me! Was surprised by their quickness!! Qiana at the window was super nice and told me they had only been open 6 days. Forgot my biscuit, but additional tenders made up for it. I’ll certainly be back.

This location is wayyyy better than the other Popeye’s in the area. I’ve been here twice and the service has been great and food good. The drive thru is long but they move quickly.

We drove past and saw they were open so returned the next day. We didn’t realize they just opened but it definitely explains all the issues.
I gave 1 star for being clean and friendly staff. There is a counter with 6 seats and high top with 4 seats (maybe 6). That’s it…no indoor seating.
They have a drive thru but we chose to go inside where you order at a kiosk. Unfortunately the one we used would not let us pay but gave us an order # so we waited and waited and finally someone else asked if their order was coming and they were told they had to pay first before their order is processed. At least 4 people that went to the drive thru came inside because their order was wrong. One person inside had to return twice because his order was wrong. There was nobody at the counter to take orders or help and one employee told a customer he was too busy to get him cups for his drinks that they didn’t get.
Very disappointed! Oh..we left and went to Olive Garden across the street that was awesome!

I went around lunch time to try this location. The drive thru was packed which is understandable. I went to order inside as I had no problem waiting without my car running, but they told me I had to order in the drive thru because they were short staffed. I went elsewhere. I’ll edit when I try again another time.

This location just opened, was hoping for a better experience. Chicken and fries were cold, mac and cheese tasted like Kraft mac and cheese’s cheese powder packet, the coleslaw tasted off and was a one bite and done scenario. Incredibly disappointing. I’ve had Popeye’s while traveling and always enjoyed the food but this was a terrible experience, especially from a new business in the area. We won’t be back.

Tried to place an order with 3 chicken breasts and 6 wings through the drive thru window yesterday evening. I was informed that there was no guaranteed that I would get the chicken I ordered. I could even wait 30-45 minutes while they cook the chicken and they still can’t guarantee that I will the chicken that I ordered. I said you can tell me when I get to the window what chicken you do have available. After going back and forth at the drive thru speaker. They told me “I am not the only customer” but if I dish out $54 I had better get what I paid for. There practice is they will give you whatever chicken they have, even if it isn’t what you ordered. I was not going for that. Terrible customer service.

Horrible customer service experience. I wanted for a while in the drive thru. I pulled up to the window and had to placed my order. They had a horrible attitude about it because they told me that I was cutting someone in line. Ok how ?!?! Because I was in line first to order! Second it’s not like yall had customers anyways have yall seen the reviews? On this is why. Learn to treat your customers with respect and it will be given back. Little girl in there that thinks she running the place needs to take some home training classes and customer service practice. I would not recommend going here at all. Good luck to the next person going here. Hope you never find the disrespect I endured.
