Great breakfast restaurant I really don’t think I’ve had any of the burgers or sandwiches or even desserts. Mainly I’ll get omelettes waffles French toast, pancakes, and the family will get other breakfast samplers today. The service was friendly prompt. The food came out hot ready to go paste it delicious. I’ll be honest. I was a little nervous. My son ordered a medium rare steak and eggs. Combo steak was surprisingly tender with an exactly pink in the middle but then again a very thin slice. I thought they did a great job overall, the syrups were full. It’s a very busy restaurant so I’m pretty sure there could be a way there wasn’t this morning. Bathroom was clean, but yet had a terrible odor that I think was due to standing water.
Despite that I’d give this a four star for the food four star for Service and three star for atmosphere would recommend and if I’m in the area of Houston I’d probably go back

The service is the only 5 star i will give for the waitress. One to two stars on the food because when i get a meal with stakes, i eat it without A1 so I can know if it’s good, We’ll it’s wasn’t. My son had a heir cook in his food. The seating felt like three tables too many.

Great birthday breakfast, it was very delicious. IHOP gave me a free meal because it was my birthday and I signed up for their rewards program. I highly recommend IHOP. The food is delicious, economical and the wait staff have a pleasant attitude. Their new Cinnamon Coffee Cake Streusel Pancakes are very scrumptious. With one bite and I had to take a moment to simply enjoy the moment of deliciousness. I highly recommend iHop for breakfast

Rennee provided outstanding service during my visit to IHOP. She was very kind, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Her friendly attitude and great customer service truly made my dining experience enjoyable. Renee went above and beyond, and I really appreciate her excellent service. I am writing to bring to your attention a deeply troubling experience my fiancé and I had with one of your servers, Thomas, which I believe poses a serious risk to your company’s reputation and overall customer trust.
From the moment he approached our table, his demeanor was concerning. After offering him a polite compliment, his response carried a tone of sarcasm that bordered on disrespect. Although he made a few light jokes while taking our order, the service that followed reflected a level of unprofessionalism that no reputable establishment should tolerate.
First, the drinks he served us were barely two-thirds full—far below standard and suggestive of a careless or dismissive approach to his duties. More troubling, however, was the excessive delay in receiving our meal. Without realizing how much time had passed—my fiancé had just finished a 12-hour shift—we eventually looked up to see that 45 minutes had gone by without any food being delivered. During this time, a party of six who arrived and ordered after us received their entire meal well before we did.
This discrepancy in service was not only unacceptable but extremely disheartening.
When we finally asked Thomas about the delay, instead of taking responsibility, apologizing, or offering a solution, he deflected blame, stating, “It’s not just my fault. It’s kind of IHOP in total. Maybe the cooks didn’t prepare it right.” This complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and empathy was astonishing. We have video documentation of the interaction.
No diner should ever have to endure such an experience. We left not only hungry but genuinely appalled. It has taken me several days to calm down enough to express this without the level of frustration we felt in the moment.
Although the store manager eventually resolved the immediate issue, the larger concern remains: an employee like Thomas is a hazard to your business. His behavior reflects a lack of vision, responsibility, courtesy, and standards required to uphold your brand. Employees who cannot take ownership of their actions, who fail to treat customers with respect, and who contribute to service disparities ultimately undermine the integrity of your establishment.
For the sake of your customers and the continued success of your company, it is crucial that this matter be addressed appropriately. Thomas’s conduct demonstrates that he is not suited for this industry, let alone a customer-facing role in your restaurant. Had not been for the assistant manager the very next day from our visit and the store manager, correcting the issue we would’ve never done my overall review mind you does not reflect the incompetence of anyone other than Thomas.! I do want to Thank the manager who was kind, polite, professional, compassionate , and caring enough to resolve our issue with the level of concern that demonstrates why she’s in a position of leadership and Thomas will never be!

I was seated promptly, received the menu and was ready to order all in the first 10 minutes of me being in this particular. The atmosphere was very family-friendly. You could hear children and parents sounds like a little after school spot. The food was hot and delicious.

Dined in about 8:30 p.m. on Christmas Day. Staff was amazing. Received over the top service from host who sat us and our waiter. Did not catch their names but our ticket says our waiter was Jose F. Very friendly and service was fast!

So this location is usually good and I’ve had great experiences however on this day they feel short. I’m ole school from an understanding that if you work in service your aim is to serve the customer. Here the entire staff stood huddled doing nothing hands in their pocket meanwhile the mngr sat only feet away and did nothing even when our order repeatedly came out wrong! I order an egg white omelet which usually has spinach & mushrooms this thing they brought me was like 6 layer cake layers of eggs stacked on top of each other. Keep in mind others at the table sent their food back & for the 2nd time it came out wrong. Our server Eric clearly needs more training opportunities but with a poor leadership team he’s doing the best he can. To the owners/manager please do better or you’re going to lose more business!

This is the entirely the best place I could have ate around this time of the night. Perfect from start to finish. The host/waiter/server was excellent to say the least. He deserves more admiration and some time off to be with his family. A raise and a promotion would be in order immediately! When I think of the best IHOP I’ve eaten at, I will be thinking of here. Mr.Gonzalez was outstanding.
