This Wendy’s is a decent fast food restaurant, and I’ve been coming here since I was a child. They offer a great variety of regular and value menu items. My longtime favorite is the chili with extra cheese, onions, hot sauce, and lots of crackers, along with the baked potatoes. All of them are pretty good.
The store is generally clean. However, the bathrooms could use more consistent attention. The last few times I visited, they were not in great shape and were nearly out of toilet paper in all but one stall.
Service is usually fairly quick. Lately, I have mostly been here to pick up delivery orders. The wait time is not terrible, but it could be better. That said, it could also be much worse.
The main reason for my lower rating is customer interaction. I have social anxiety, and it can feel very uncomfortable when staff avoid eye contact or acknowledgment. When I make the effort to say a simple hello, it is usually to ease my own anxiety. When that greeting goes unreturned, it actually makes the situation feel more awkward. A quick smile or brief acknowledgment would go a long way in making customers feel welcome and at ease.
Overall, this location offers good food and decent speed, but improving customer engagement would significantly improve the experience. 🙂

Double check your food before you drive away if you are going through the drive through. Ordered a Dave’s double meal last night only to receive a Dave’s single with fries that were warm, not hot. Burger felt like it was just slapped together and served. Girl at the window was rolled her eyes and took deep breath cause I used the Wendy’s app for a code. Almost like it was an inconvenience. Feel like maybe a 3 star is a little generous

Stopped by Wendy’s this morning to try the new sausage breakfast burrito. Went to the drive-thru, and there was no wait to order. Had to wait a few minutes while they cooked the eggs for the burrito, but I’m okay with that because it was nice and hot. This is a very tasty and satisfying breakfast option, has eggs, potatoes, sausage, and cheese. I don’t normally purchase breakfast at a fast food restaurant. I prefer to make it at home. However, I would definitely buy this sausage breakfast burrito again. One more thing to add, I included a photo of the burrito next to my hand for size reference. I cut mine in half to eat it. This is a substantial breakfast burrito!

This store is absolutely disgusting! The lobby is always dirty, and the soda machine area has mold growing! And they allow people to come in with their own bags and get ice from their soda machine. Employees were notified and manager was called and they didn’t care. Nor would she give me her bosses number.

Came here during the during the lunch rush. They got me my food fast, Fry’s refresh burgers were made right. Everything was good. Friendly service at the counter. Can’t complain about nothing

Hey wendys, you need to fix your very quiet order speaker at the drive thru and really need some kind of cover over the ordering speaker and the drive thru windows, it rains so much here, and all other drive thru windows have cover. Ugh and your staff are the slowest around, every single time. Hire better.

Really bad customer service. I won’t be going here anymore. The workers don’t even pretend to be nice. No smile, no thank you or have a good day. I’ve experienced this multiple times from this location and had the same interaction. Do better. It’s really not that hard.

I ordered a number 4 Classic chicken sandwich and it was horrible. It was dry, overcooked and some how still cold. Definitely chicken they had leftover. Totally unacceptable considering the logo. On top of that the fries were cold. Definitely won’t be coming to this location again.
