One of the worst McDonald’s experiences ever. We pulled up and immediately got to one of the microphone/menues. Didn’t have to wait in a line at all. But got told to “please wait” while we watched 3 other cars get their orders taken at the other microphone/menu. From beginning to end it took 30 minutes to place and get our order. “Fast” food isnt fast any more, the quality is terrible and I would rather go down to a sit down restaurant and get real food any day. I had never had a fillet o fish before and was told it was actually a good sandwich. They couldnt even get the cheese on the bun, the “fillet” is significantly smaller than the bun and we got a tiny dollop of tartar sauce in the middle the size of a quarter. McDonald’s is extremely sad and far from where it came from. It used to be a decent deal in terms of price/quality and quantity of food. Now you barely get scraps while getting charged top dollar. Total trash, this experience will keep me from going to McDonald’s ever again.

We’ve been in the drive through for quite some time now. I’ve worked at mcdonalds.. there is NOTHING in the store that takes this long to cook! Nothing!… Now going on 12:40 am…. Nate minimum 15 minutes and counting.

Took a great McDonald’s and turned it into one of the worst in the area. Long waits, rude employee (most are nice but one guy ruins the whole visit plus the time he went to take order from the people behind me when i was waiting in line first and thank you to the other customer for speaking up to tell him to get my order first). And apparently they can’t even make food right now and also cant look at the pop machines to know when they are out of syrup because coke shouldn’t be clear. Getting rid of the inside soda machines I get but please bring back a counter to allow people to get their own napkins, ketchup, ect I seen many frustrated people waiting to get something simple but no one their to help them.

Very good idea with delivery entrance, but people inside are not doing the right job. My food was ready and I had to wait another five minutes after I called the store and I pushed the button twice. Lazy and unprofessional. Another problem, they left somebody inside whatever the store was closed, two young ladies whith a parked Durango on a handicap parking lot.

Usually never come to this location but it was convenient today. Worst mistake. The outer speaker kept saying “please wait” but the other line kept advancing. We waited about 5-10 minutes so finally I pulled up to the window to explain what was happening and the lady taking orders told me I’d have to go back around…then she yelled for a manager to come take my order and the manager was arguing with me instead of trying to rectify the situation. Finally the other woman who told me to go back around took my order. Food was ready by the time I got to the 2nd window. They didn’t know I had a drink so I had to remind them then I had to ask for a straw too…McDonald’s usually has people do “shops” to make sure quality and customer service is good. I don’t know how they’re open still.

Ridiculously slow service. There were hardly any cars, yet the wait was forever. They tell you to pull up to the wrong window and then don’t even bring the food to that window, which just holds up the line even more. On top of that, the fries are always ice cold—even after waiting close to 30 minutes. Completely defeats the purpose of fast food.

If you want rude employees and undercooked/cold food this is the place for you!! Also employees don’t know how to fill the fry containers. always at least a quarter of them missing. According to all the other recent reviews this store needs a new GM. Do better, it’s not that hard to work at mcdonald’s. I did it for years.

The fries to my daughters kids meal were super salty, her apples were already open… Looks like someone chewed up an apple slice an spit it back in the bag then I asked for a cup of ice water and got a cut of tonic water and no ice ♀️
