Super surprised at how delicious the Abe’s Hot Chicken and biscuit turned out. Moist white meat chicken, smothered in a flavorful but not unbearably hot sauce, topped with over easy eggs then nestled lightly on a skillet fried biscuit. A simply perfect breakfast combination. The service was good and the restaurant has a Pensacola theme that isn’t EXACTLY a local vibe but represents their fine city to the most. Pricing is a little high and the bar menu has a good selection for those who like to lift the spirits early in the morning.

What can I say about this place….AMAZING!!!! The service is old school first class, the food is fantastic. Mel the manager has done an amazing job hiring her crew. Nathaniel is a natural at customer service and dangerous explaining the dishes, he will make you order the whole menu. Shay is a fantastic at what she does, she is truly a natural. If you are looking for a great place to eat and fantastic food then this is your next stop.

We had an amazing visit to Another Broken Egg Cafe. Our server, Bo, provided us with the exceptional customer service! Next time, I visit Pensacola, I hope to have Bo serve us again!
I had the Mardi Gras omelette without the andouille sausage; It was delicious and I’m likely to order it again.
I had a strawberry st. Germain mimosa and a blueberry lemon mimosa. Though both were great, the blueberry lemon was the best!

First time being here and it was so good! From the Shrimp and crawfish omelet to the service was fantastic. Our waitress Heather was very nice and very attentive. Will definitely be coming back the next time we visit family in Florida!

But what really made our visit unforgettable was our amazing waitress, Dylan. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Dylan was attentive without being overbearing, knew the menu inside and out, and gave us the best recommendations (which we loved!). Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine smile made us feel like valued guests rather than just customers.
It’s rare these days to find service that truly elevates the entire dining experience, but Dylan did exactly that. Because of her, we’ll definitely be coming back again and again. If you’re visiting Another Broken Egg Cafe, ask for Dylan—you won’t regret it!

Had the privilege to experience the 9-Mile Road location this moring. Atmosphere was quiet & relaxing, food was good and service was fantastic. The only recommendation would be the portion sizes. Seemed a little smaller than what I got at the Gregory St location. But overall, was a pleasant breakfast.

We are new to the area and we’re so excited to try this location. We had heard great things. 2/15 we door dashed an order as we were ill and house ridden. I had asked for no green onions on my meal due to allergies. Received it covered in green onions and minus the bacon ( AKA protein) double checked my order to make sure I didnt mess up online. When I saw it was not a me issue I called up and asked for a manger. The first person I spoke to asked me the issue, I explained she said let me get a manager. Next women comes on claims to be manager. I explain the issue again and her remark/reaction was sarcasm and a laugh. ” oh, yeah that seems like a really serious issue.” I asked for a refund for the $23 dollar meal because we were sick and couldn’t come be around people to replace it. She told me she couldn’t help me and would have to talk to a manager. I left my number and waited a week with no reply. Went through the website/contact us button and sent an email. Again, just wanted my $23 for the food I couldn’t eat due to allergies, and even explained… look, 23 might not be much to some but to a blue collar electrician and a teacher…. it matters, to pay that much and not be able to eat it. Still never heard anything in return. The food we did get to eat was tasty. My biggest disappointment is the sarcasm and the lack of concern or care. Just because you are thriving and have plenty of customers, doesn’t mean that the one customer shouldn’t mean anything to you. Its just wrong and disappointing. When you get to the point thar you can’t value your customers, there is an issue 🙁
