The freshness of the fish, the way it’s prepared, and the generous portion sizes all impressed me. Their seafood is cooked with care, and the dishes feel both traditional and satisfying. On top of that, the service is friendly and efficient, making the overall dining experience relaxed and enjoyable.Prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food you get. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, I highly recommend stopping by Paza do Pulpo if you’re looking for an authentic and high-quality seafood meal in Arenal.
It may be that I chose wrong combination of dishes. All was well made, but the flavours were not exciting enough to want much of it.
I had a grilled tuna, which was very thin and bland. The pulpo was ok and according to the other side of the table excellent.
As a starter, the croquettes were the worst I’ve had in Spain. The cakes looked really nice but we’ve skipped the desert.
The price was normal, but the experience could be better. Service was quite unfriendly.
