My mom wanted chicken and they had time today!!! We were right on time for the freshly dropped chicken and Mac n cheese.
They greeted us when we entered. They had a few deals going on. That strawberry and cream cheese pie is the truth. It was hot and very flavorful.
The customer service was excellent and it didn’t take long to get our food.

Imagine arriving because the posted hours online are 930am. The signs on the doors say 930am. Workers are in the restaurant but all doors are locked. The lady in the drive through says they open at 10:00…but it is now 10:20 and they are still not opened. Sounds like the owner is paying employees while they are not opening the store. Terrible service.

The customers who ordered after me and ordered online got it first then me … I had to wait in the store for 30 minutes to figure out what was going on.
The black female manager? or worker just teased the new employee who got my order and didn’t help him. and she kept teasing me and him by looking at my face and saying that she still waiting ~~you too slow~~. and she serve next customer and
she called the next customer while looking at me as she was laughing at me.
usually I don’t yell and talk mean word at public… I told her that this was so unfair and that if she was the manager, she should help him to serve me, but she didnt care.
in the end, he missed something and I checked and found 4 chicken missing so wait for 4more legs. Anyway, my order was received and the long wait was over. but
I felt really bad and sad because I felt like I was being treated bad.
It was so unpleasant and When I got home and tried to eat the food, it was cold.
I don’t want to go back store but if I go back ..want to be treated better …

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had here. Usually Popeyes never fails, but today’s chicken was so dry. It was hard to pull apart. I usually never have this experience, especially with Popeyes a king Soopers chicken would’ve done me better than here and to make things worse they forgot my honey for my dry biscuit. This completely ruined Popeyes for me I will never be coming back. Worst place I’ve ever spent my money on I was so mad I truly didn’t even wanna eat it. I basically had to drench my chicken and sauce because there’s no way I’m going to toss this out with how much money I spent on it.

When the drive through worker cant hear through the old drive through voice box and when he gives us our food and he tells us “my manager said.for you to double check your order” (I have to pull all of my food out of that bag to make sure they got the order right?….which THEY DIDN’T AND I GOT SCREWED OUT OF MONEY!) that is Horrible service!

I ordered several meal deals and not a single mistake. The lovely yound lady at the drive through made sure everything was in all my bags as I had ordered. She was very friendly and spoke several different languages which made her job easier when ordering from the drive thru. I had a great experience.

I posted a review on here a couple weeks ago and Popeyes responded and I just looked at the review and it’s been taken down. Yikes..Not good. Anyway, bad experience, raw chicken, The young lady with short hair and hoodie reached back with her hands and grabbed me another piece of chicken and brought it to me at the counter and I told her absolutely not…She was not amused and asked to go on another break. I told her that would not suffice, I’m just not sure that this location is sanitary and safe to eat at

TL/DR: Received the wrong order after a very long wait with very poor service, but Popeyes made it right after providing feedback.
I ordered two chicken sandwiches on the app. One classic with extra pickles and mayonnaise, and one spicy with extra pickles.
I chose this location because it had the highest rating on Google maps, which was still a measley 3.3 stars at the time of this review.
I arrived right on time, and there was a vehicle ahead of me at the drive thru. There was a very long wait before I heard some back and forth between that vehicle and the worker, then another very long wait. Finally the vehicle pulled ahead.
I waited a few moments for an acknowledgement and received nothing. Finally, I asked, is anyone there? Another long wait. Finally, someone came on and said sorry, just a second. Another several minute wait, she came on again and said sorry, just a second. Several more minutes go by.
Finally she came on and I told her I had a mobile order. She sounded confused and said something I couldn’t understand. I decided just to pull around at that point, and the vehicle ahead of me was still at the window waiting.
After several more minutes waiting there, the driver started tapping on the window, and the window opened a few minutes later. I saw nothing exchanged but the window closed and the driver sped off.
I get to the window and she came quickly, handed me a bag with a very confused expression and said nothing before closing the window. Very weird experience. Checked the bag, saw two chicken sandwiches, drove home.
Got home and discover both wrappers say spicy. Not what I ordered. I opened them up and neither sandwich was spicy, neither had extra mayo, both had extra pickles. The real kicker was both were made with three dried up chicken tenders that looked like they were sitting around a long time.
Popeye’s tenders are no comparison to the breasts that are supposed to be used for their sandwiches, and at no point was anything mentioned about a substitution.
I’d give this location zero stars based on this experience. It took over twenty minutes to get the wrong food with one car ahead of us.
I give the app five stars because I was able to easily provide feedback and they made it right.
