Not my first Gloria’s experience but it was my first time trying their Tortilla Soup. It was fantastic! Probably the best I’ve ever had. I got the small portion and it was actually larger than expected. My mom got the Tropical Salad with Shrimp and she said the shrimp was overcooked… my Diet Coke was $4, which seems a bit pricey for a soft drink and my mom got their coffee ☕️ she loves their coffee. We typically visit the Firewheel location but we were in Fairview shopping. Although I find a soup and salad with a soft drink and coffee pricey at $46, she enjoys a good outing to Gloria’s when there is one close. We’ll be back!

Ramon, our server, was very attentive and friendly. The food itself was average, but the chips and salsas were excellent. I especially loved the spicy salsa and the warm black beans — so good!

Loved everything at Gloria’s. From the table side chips and salsa with different sauces to try to the frozen mango margarita. The service was great and so quick on filling up your chips at the table, especially if you indulge in the queso!

Gloria’s in Fairview, TX, offered an incredible dining experience. The food arrived promptly, which was a huge plus. I opted for the salmon Serrano , and it was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor and presented beautifully.
The service, particularly the bartenders, truly set the bar high. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and genuine care for their guests created an inviting atmosphere. It’s evident that they take pride in their work and strive to provide the best possible experience.
Overall, the combination of delicious food, exceptional service, and a fantastic ambiance made for a memorable dining experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Great food and wonderful cocktails. The Salmon Costeno was cooked perfectly. Estrella was our waitress and she was excellent! The atmosphere is relaxing and we enjoy the out door patio.

The carne asada and pollo asado combinado were delicious but be warned: the chips and salsa are honestly too good, we ate far too much before our food arrived and were so full lol. Our server was also so friendly and helpful.

We were staying at a nearby hotel, so we decided to give Gloria’s a try. We’re glad we did! The food is awesome, the atmosphere is great, and the service is on point. In fact, we liked it so much we ate dinner there twice during a three night stay at a nearby hotel. We will absolutely go back every time we are in the Allen area. My only nitpick: Lots of reviews rave about the margaritas, but we found them just okay, and they were quite expensive for what you got. Yes, they were strong, but that’s not what makes a margarita great. (If you’ve ever had a Pappasito’s margarita, then you’ll be disappointed by the ones at Gloria’s.) On our second night, we ordered the most expensive one — about $20 if I remember correctly — and it was good, but nothing to write home about. All in all, this was a great place, and we look forward to going back!

Great atmosphere! Delicious food. Kids seem to love this place because there are places to run and play just outside.

Always a pleasant experience, sat inside as it’s hot and muggy out today but it’s awesome they have a spacious patio with fans.
Just got drinks and apps today. They were very filling given you get unlimited tortilla chips and a trio of sauces: bean dip, red salsa and a green tomatillo sauce that is the spiciest of the 3.
Top shelf marg is nice if you like a little better tequila and triple sec.
Got the orange roughy ceviche, and it did not come with enough plantains to cover eating the whole dish. We asked for more and were charged $5 for another small cup of them. Worth it but annoying they don’t even mention they are charging you for the extras. The ceviche is alright with the chips they provide but it hits different with the plantains. Also, the menu listing as shown in my pic doesn’t list the correct ingredients; it comes with mango and cucumber and a lot of sliced poblanos, no capers or oranges as listed. Again the servers should note that as people may like those ingredients or even worse be allergic.
Lastly we got the queso fundido with the poblano and elotes and it was delicious, very creamy, flavorful and needed no additional salt. Only thing that was weird was that they plate it tableside and make 4 individual “tacos” if you will with the mixture. Would have been nice to be asked if we wanted that table side experience.

Our waiter was awesome. It is hard to believe it has been over seven years since eating here. We moved away and came back. So, wasn’t sure what to expect. Loved the food, service and atmosphere. I had Quail, wife carne asada . The chips, bean dip, guacamole, and cheese were great to start with. Mango margaritas were on point. Love the patio.
