We went on Saturday night and they weren’t busy. Our waitress was nice. However they forgot my coleslaw and I have to remind them also my steak was not cook right ( order medium well) and I received the steak is still bloody inside. I did request them to make it again.

My sister wanted to come here for her birthday. She was so happy, everything was perfect and our server(Trinell)was excellent. She made our experience even better. She was knowledgeable, personable, and very polite. Not only that, she was on the ball and gave phenomenal service. this isn’t the first time with Toni as our waitress at Red Lobster! She is fantastic in every dining experience Honestly, if you haven’t had the pleasure of her service, you’re truly missing out on something special.
Toni has this amazing ability to strike the perfect balance. She’s wonderfully attentive without ever feeling overbearing or intrusive. It’s like she instinctively knows exactly when you need something, but she’s never hovering.
It happened to be my birthday, and Toni went above and beyond to make it an even more special celebration for me. Her thoughtful attention and genuine care really elevated the whole experience, making it feel so personal. She’s an absolute gem!
Might I add, she’s artistic too!!

James the manager was super helpful with accommodating our allergies and tastebuds. Angel our server was so kind and sweet. We had a great customer service experience. Haven’t been in for a while due to bad experiences, but the two of them have won my husband and I back to Red Lobster.

Our server, Trinell, was the best! She handled a complex order of a large party masterfully, was extremely polite, calm cool and collect. She responded to every request quickly, and the whole party took notice of her efficiency. A true leader among the staff! Most impressed.

Toni was wonderful! We came at 7 on a Saturday and received service as if we were the only table she had in her section. Our drinks were constantly refilled and we were offered more biscuits. My salad came out right as we finished our appetizer and our entrees right after that. No build up of courses on the table all at once. I never had the chance to ask for anything because she was already there offering it. Wet wipes, crab crackers, boxes to go. This level of service is surprising and refreshing and we will be back. I had a wonderful experience at Red Lobster, and a big part of that was the excellent service. June, Toni, and Trinell were amazing servers they were kind, friendly, and very attentive throughout the entire meal. They made sure we were taken care of and always checked in with a positive attitude. The food was great, especially the bread, which was warm and delicious, and the piña coladas were very good and refreshing! Overall, the combination of great food and outstanding service made this a really enjoyable visit. I would definitely recommend Red Lobster.

My dining companion’s favorite restaurant is Red Lobster so we decided to try the one on Shoemaker Road in Pottstown PA. As soon as we were seated, the server brought some Cheddar Bay Biscuits for us to munch on. We both decided to order the 3 Course Shrimp Sensation which includes soup or salad, appetizer, and entree for $19.99. My friend chose the salad, Coconut Shrimp, and Shrimp Scampi. I had the Lobster Bisque, Coconut Shrimp, and Shrimp Scampi. The first course arrived and her salad looked very fresh and plentiful. The Lobster Bisque was completely pureed leaving very tiny pieces of Lobster throughout. Then the Coconut Shrimp came next with Pina Colada sauce. We both agreed that they were delicious and prepared perfectly but there were only three of them! Finally, the Shrimp Scampi came with a side of asparagus for an up charge and a baked potato for her. The asparagus had a good flavor but it was very fibrous. The Scampi was good but it was served with the tails on which made them messy and we were in need of extra napkins. Although the Scampi rated favorably, most are served with pasta. I just felt there was something missing. All and all it was a great meal. We were full but not overly stuffed and we opted out of dessert. The server was very pleasant and attentive. We just wish she would have pointed out the Lunch Specials on the back of the menu.
