This location has completed my mobile orders half fast, at least 3 times. Plus the wait time is always a hit or miss. But when its a miss, why does my salad have to be half fast? It should be prepared more thoroughly. Just sucks when you’re hungry and see your order is missing more ingredients. And you’re not gonna drive back to get back in a ridiculous line.

While there was a line, the counter people were friendly, efficient, and everyone was moving. From taking orders to getting food out to the customers. Food was Hot and my order was correct. Everyone had a smile on their face!

Great food and service as always. And this is a small problem but never the less I’m sad: I purchased one of the reusable cups where if you get the gold one you win free food for a year but my cup was already opened. So I guess the workers are opening them enough to see if it’s the gold one and if it’s not then they’re giving them out.

Came though the drive thru at 12:03 the young man who took my order said the f word multiple times because he kept dropping my change so I told him not to worry about it. We ordered 3 honey mustards and 3 CFA sauce and when we get to the window she basically tossed the food to my fiance and walked away. There were no straws or sauce in the bag. I had to say excuse me after sitting there for a few minutes because we were being ignored. We asked for two straws and chick fil a sauce she brings me one straw and one chick fil a sauce. I then asked for another straw and she said “was there none in the clear bag in your bag” I said no there was no clear bag, which there was not a clear bag. Rudest experience I’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A. Used to be the nicest fast food employees ever and they were SO rude. I got one Chick-fil-A sauce and my fiance got no sauce. Ridiculous. 12/27.

This Chick-fil-A is like everyone I’ve ever been to and it was outstanding with Superior customer service and excellent food. I always enjoy using the app and just walking to a table and ordering from there. This one is very clean and everyone is extremely nice.

I ordered a grill chicken club with no tomatoes. I was given a grilled chicken sandwich (bacon and cheese missing). I asked for it to be fixed. They took the sandwich in the box and just added lukewarm bacon and cold cheese on the sandwich and gave me the same sandwich back. The young man and woman at the register were friendly but remake my sandwich. I went back in and ask for a new sandwich to be made correctly and fresh and they brought it back in the same box and it feels and looks like the same sandwich at lukewarm temperature. I normally never complain or leave reviews, but this is not acceptable.

Hands down the WORST Chickfila I’ve been in (Asheville)!! Salad was nasty. Picked out so much completely rotten, gooey lettuce and then tried to eat it and it tasted gross. Hendersonville Chick-fil-A wonderful – night and day different than this location!
