Rosalee is a very bright shining star. She has the speed of light itself, the kindness of someone’s favorite Aunt and was 100% with the order. The chef needs kudos for one of the TOP FIVE STEAKS I EVER HAD. The atmosphere, when We went, was smooth and mellow and picked up after a bit. If You are Blessed to be helped by Rosalee, You will experience the Quality and Kindness and Efficiency You may not have experienced in a Good Dining Spot for 25 Years. I want to mention that the outback experience was fantastic! I visited with my partner & she loved it too! The waitress was super friendly, creating such a wonderful atmosphere! The wings were absolutely delicious! We enjoyed the drinks and tenders, and honestly, everything we tried was great. It had been a while since my last visit, but I’m so glad I returned. I can’t wait to come back again! Thank you for the amazing service and food!

I owe Outback a huge thank you! I ordered curbside pickup online. I went to go leave to pick my order up and my battery was dead in my truck. I called to see what my options were. A girl named Reilly said she would put her coat on and bring me my food. Amazing! They normally don’t deliver. She drove her own car after it snowed all day and personally delivered my food. Filet mignon was excellent, cooked perfectly, the broccoli was soft just how I like it and the sweet potato was perfect! And the food was still warm. I order curbside pickup just about every weekend. The staff are friendly and the food is delicious! And tonight confirmed they go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you to everyone at Outback for going above and beyond for me tonight and a special thank you to Reilly. I sincerely appreciate you! Give that girl a raise! I’ll see you all next weekend 🙂 Thank you for your amazing service.

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve been in an Outback Steakhouse but those commercials and ads tempted me to come in for that 14.99 3 course meal deal..of course, I didn’t get that because I upgraded, so let’s get into the experience shall we?
The waitress I had was Cathy, but this whole experience was mesmerizing from the time I walked in until the time I walked out. The girl working at the front counter seating people (Becca), great personality on her which is exactly what you want at a restaurant..it sets the tone. Cathy was very friendly, bubbly, and made excellent recommendations on what to get. She also had a girl behind the scenes, Gabby who brought the food out and made sure I didn’t touch the plates when they were hot, very attentive and good at her job.
House salad with in-house made ranch dressing which was on the spicy side….perfection.
I couldn’t decide between the steak of the chicken so she said the steak. I got the 8oz center cut sirloin steak, medium rare which was cooked to perfection. Came with the baked potato (fully loaded). I also got the over the top Brussel sprouts but they were too spicy/hot for me. The cheesecake, I chose to go with a raspberry and you can’t go wrong with a cheesecake.
Perfect meal, great experience and plenty of parking. Excellent job by all. Side note…this is my first time in here and had to ask the waitress for all their names to put them in here. On a scale of 1-5; easily a 7* experience. On a 1-10…gotta be about a 12.

We went to Outback Steakhouse in Southington the week before our Yankee game against the Milwaukee Brewers in New York. I had a chicken sandwich with fries, cheese fries, and a kiwi strawberry lemonade. Sharon had a ginger ale, which was nasty, as usual, and a cheeseburger, as always. For dessert, I had a salted caramel cookie skillet, and Sharon had a cheesecake with chocolate sauce. It was another hard experience, but, as always, we made it through. I think I might’ve seen Julie Rodriguez, my principal at Whitney Academy, as I walked in. Southington, it was all for the best.

Ever since management changed, this place went down hill. They started giving way smaller portions and cutting out ad much as they can to make money. My French onion soup was cut of all cheese and they completely ignored what we ordered. our sides were screwed up and when they offered another bread, they never brought it. This is the classic greed of a corporation.
