i have never had to wait in a drive thru line as long as i did at this mcdonald’s. i had placed a mobile order at 10:00, i had told them i was already there. waited in the drive thru line for more than 15 minutes. literally one or two cars behind, an employee starts moving the cones from the other lane, so the cars that got there AFTER me were able to get their breakfast. i finally get to the window 3 minutes after breakfast, but assuming i will still get my food since i placed the order at 10:00am. AND waited in line for 15+ minutes. nope. money AND time waisted. i had my 1 year old in the car or else i would have gotten out in the cold to grab it myself. i will never go to this mcdonalds again. i usually go to a different location because i somehow always have an issue at this one. never giving you guys the benefit of the foubt again! get ya shit together

Ordered a pick up on the app at about 3 am. Went to go pick it up and they said they was closed we would have to get a refund. Well according to google and all posted signage the drive thru is open 24/7 so I have reported it to the FTC.

So let’s start with how completely disgusting the inside of the entire place is. Dining area had absolutely no clean tables food and trash oh the floors and employees not in uniforms. Got 40 dollars worth of food and even went inside to place my order since nobody was inside ordering. Waited over 10 mins for my food and had to ask for large cup lids while waiting also. I did pay with 100 dollar bill so I was surprised when they went out their way to break and give me cash back. After I got my food I left and live 2 blocks away and when I got home and opened bags the fry’s were cold as ice and my triple cheeseburger looked 3 hrs old. The other cheeseburgers were fine and not as bad but man what an overall bad experience! I’ll cook for the 3 day in a row ♂️

I went to get me some food. Was waiting about 15-20 plus mins. I literally seen the employees go outside and hitting their vapes then proceeded to go back inside and bag the food without washing their hands. I immediately requested a refund. The front register was being extremely rude, when all I asked was for a refund. The employee there are demonstrating horrible hygiene there.

Had both breakfast and lunch here over the weekend. Location is a little iffy, but orders were correct, used the app with curbside pickup, employees were courteous, food was fine, and the vintage classic neon McDonald’s sign out front was pretty sweet.

Wait time was ridiculous. They had me pull forward because they said they was cooking fresh food. We got chicken nuggets that had been reheated our refried in the fryer. The hamburger patties were so black and burnt. The fries were cold and refried as well . Would not go back to this location.
