Honestly, I have never seen a fast-food restaurant with such perfect service !
There is absolutely nothing to complain about: the food quality is excellent, and all the employees are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Even some sit-down restaurants don’t meet this level of service, so coming from a fast-food place, this is truly impressive.
You can clearly tell that the hiring process is very well done, everyone is friendly and it never feels fake.
In my opinion, this restaurant is a true business model. Congratulations to the person running everything so flawlessly, and a big thank you to all the staff for their professionalism.
As a French student living here alone, it’s really comforting and pleasant to be welcomed this way. ❤️

Me and my family went to Chick-fil-A this morning we ended up celebrating in the middle of our meal. The manager working there in the morning heard us celebrating after a very important phone call I received and congratulated me and offered if they could do anything to make our experience better. They gave me a free dessert drink and a coupon voucher. That was so nice of them we really appreciated them wanting to be a part of our celebration and doing their best to make our time their memorable.

Please fill the condiments according to the mobile order. I took this order to the office and there were no condiments at all in both bags. Called the store and associate had nothing else to say but come back. Well I’m 20 minutes away so let me drive 20 minutes back and then do this again. 60 minutes later we can eat right.

We came in late after games/practices tonight.
We tried getting into two restaurants near our house that stopped serving food at 8 even though they close at 9, so we rushed down here in hopes that we could order and dine in – which we did. Food was great, not a surprise, and the service is why I’m writing this review. Adam went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. He was so was so kind and even took care of one of our ice creams when I was ordering them on my phone. All of your employees are always so sweet, but he stood out. Thanks, Adam!

GRANDMA BETH! If you know, you know. I’ve never been to this location but my kids love to go to chick-fil-a in queen creek so after a great day at the Fun Box we decided to go for lunch. We pulled up with four kids in one car (we were visiting from out of town and were trying to carpool. Not the easiest thing to do with all those babies!) one of which is barely a month old, to a pretty packed parking lot. To our surprise however there was a parking space that was reserved for expecting and new moms! We’ve never been so excited to unload our pack. It’s hard enough going out to eat with kids especially learning to balance in a new baby and this special touch just started this whole experience off right. We stumbled into the lobby and headed straight for a table to set down our car seat babies and to usher the toddlers to the play area. The convenience of being able to order from our phones at the table and not have to stagger in line with the kids while they just want to be running free is so incredible. As we were ordering, the sweetest employee (Grandma Beth) asked us about our kids and if they were getting a kids meal to hold on to the toy, she said if they’d swap her the toy at the end of their meal then she’d let them come make their own ice cream cones! Needless to say my two year has never been so excited about ice cream and that is saying something. There were pipe cleaners for crafts and placemats that were old McDonald themed (my sons favorite song) coloring pages and markers/crayons, story pages and games. Just the perfect assortment to keep a toddler occupied while waiting for food. The food came SO quickly and there wasn’t a mistake made. Everything was fresh and delicious, including my sons fruit cup. I hadn’t ordered one because I’m usually disappointed in the sad excuses some companies have for fruit cups but this one was vibrant and a great variety. I was jealous of his kids meal! As my kids plowed through their food, sweet grandma Beth picked up things they were dropping and kept reminding them to visit her when they were done. True to her word they got to go with her behind the scenes (with us trusted adults) and make their very own ice creams. We played and ate and smiled and it was the easiest day to be a mom.
Thank you for such a wonderful experience! I wish I lived closer because I was pouring over their upcoming events and they’ve got all sorts of activities headed your way, Mesa.

I had never been to a Chick-fil-A restaurant before so decided to try it. I was shocked it’s a fast food restaurant. The chicken sandwich I had was sooooo juicy and flavourful. Plus there was dill pickles on it so even more yummy!!! The waffle fries were perfectly cooked and don’t get me started on the lemonade YUM!!! The staff was welcoming, friendly and very pleasant. Thank you for a great meal and experience.

I don’t do fast food but I do love Chick-fil-A. I love their nuggets, Mac n cheese and the fruit bowl. I don’t care for waffle fries but many others love them. I’m a coke drinker and they have good tasting coke. They are not all the same. The service is great. Especially if you go through the drive through. They usually have long lines of cars but are so organized that it doesn’t take long at all. And the young people working outside have such good personalities that I never mind going through the drive through. I really give props to the manager here.

Tonight in counseling I had a good cry, and I was hungry afterwards. I went through the drive through on the way home. Will, who was amazing, took my order in the drive through. He was so kind and we started a nice conversation and he completely made my night. He boosted my spirits and I really appreciated his great, friendly energy. That’s what customer service is about. I hope good things happen for him in the future. What a great person. I’m pretty sure we’re best friends now ha ha. My sandwich was delicious too! Love chil fil a! It’s because of their company, that I have a high standard for customer service. They are simply the best. Thanks Will!

Love this location. They have two drive through lanes (including a mobile lane) and offer quick and accurate service. They also host lots of fun family events (check their Instagram for a calendar). I’ve always received my order exactly as placed here. The employees are also patient with my children.
