I decided to come over to this location to grab a bite to eat with my son through the drive-through! Ended up not ordering anything as they promptly told us at the call box if you’re wanting anything roast beef it’s going to be a half hour! Like really that is your whole main product line that you sell is roast beef! Obviously I’m not gonna wait around for half hour on something that’s supposed to be fast food! Might as well close up shop if you can’t sell your main product!

The service is excellent, I’m am always greeted with a nice smile and a how can I help you. The food always tastes fresh and I’ve never been served cold fries. The employees make a difference and I’ve never experienced bad service at this location.
I’ll be coming more often now that the loaded Italian is back.

I placed an order for a half pound beef and cheddar and I received a half pound roast beef instead for the price of the beef and cheddar. My food was not ready on time. And my fries were half filled with chicken nuggets so I only have half a small of fries. NEVER BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN. That’s ridiculous.

I went there Sunday with some friends and the service was horrible. Not even organized. The sandwiches was piling up. The young lady was nit even paying attention to the order that they were ordered. People that was behind us git served first. We about 20 minutes before we even got our food. As she was serving me she spilled some of my fries and did not replace them. She had admitted the whole time. And when asking for some sauce she huffed and rolled her eyes. Bad service. When I did get my food my food was not hot at all.

I ordered a half pound beef N CHEDDAR and got beef only charged for the cheddar, I even ordered an extra side of cheddar, charged for that as well, and didnt get it ! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. To make it worse i ordered it on grubhub so i couldnt even get it fixed so no lunch for me today!

Nicest lady ever taking orders, paitently waited for the order to get done and accepted all the coupons for the food. Also they gave us another bag of complementary fries cause the first ones were cold. Good food, respectful people, fast service.
