The food here is very good. I’ve never had Jamaican food before so this was a very good introduction to it. I felt the value for the food was good as well. My only issue with it is that if you eat a lot of it at once, the saltiness becomes very overpowering. That being said, the food still tasted good as leftovers the next day. The person working that day was very patient as I had no idea what to order.

Let me start by saying that I’ve enjoyed Quality Taste for years but on recent visits the food just hasn’t been that great. Last night I was craving jerk chicken so I visited QT. The chicken I received was very dry and barely had any skin on it. I drove for miles to QT for subpar food. I’m so disappointed.

Fast paced in and out kinda deal! Love the food it’s fantastic. Jerk chicken cabbage and sweet potato is my go to! Prices have gone up a bit but that’s just fine because portions are great! Staff is fast food is delicious!

The food here is phenomenal and $16 for a platter I could eat on for 2 meals is a great deal. There is next to no wait time to get your food and the staff is very friendly. I normally get the jerk chicken with rice and peas and the sweet potatoes.

Have eaten from Quality Taste in the past, and it was very good and tasty. Decided to get 2 platters of stewed chicken this evening, and it was horrible. Everything was dry and tasteless. There was no gravy anywhere to be found. Didn’t taste like any seasonings had been used. The chicken was dry, the rice and peas, which they filled up the platter with, was dry, and there was barely any cabbage on the platter. When I received the order, it was hot, and they gave a lot of food because the bag was heavy, but on hindsight i now believe that they were giving the food away, since it was about 1.5 hours before closing, and the taste was so bad.

This place is so good. The first time I saw the line out the door I thought it was too good to be true. However, I’ve been visiting Philly for almost two months and I’m almost there everyday! The food is good, the options are plenty and it’s quick service (don’t let the line fool you). Also a good rule of thumb here if you think you want it…order it or it will run out lol. Shoutout to the morning cashier, she is wonderful (not to say the rest aren’t, I have had more dealing with her than anyone else) she don’t play and she be moving by herself especially in the mornings! You can’t come to Philly without stopping here!

I found this restaurant through Google reviews. Boy! It lives its reputation!! I had curry goat, and I ordered jerk chicken and oxtail for my family. They loved it. I had to come back to buy curry chicken, curry goat, and chicken foot soup to bring back to Rochester. I couldn’t wait until Rochester to eat chicken foot soup. I thought I was dead because I found myself in heaven. I haven’t tasted this good soup for decades! With two visits, I had a fantastic customer service. I wasn’t disappointed at all.
