Angel was performing his daily duties while being courteous and respectful to a War Veteran. The manager too was courteous and respectful to the War Veteran who proudly served our Country. There should be more like the employees of Denny’s. It’s a great honor to see him being treated with dignity and respect.
The food was prepared quickly and perfectly cooked. The food was delicious.
I urge you to consider making this your go to place and thank the War Veteran who served our Country.

I recently visited the Denny’s location in Frederick , Maryland, and had a very disappointing experience with the management. After receiving my food, I noticed it appeared old and requested to have it remade. The staff initially told me I could bring it back for a remake, but when I did, the manager was unprofessional and displayed a negative attitude. She informed me I would have to wait because there were orders ahead of mine. About 15 minutes later, she approached me again and was rude in her tone and behavior. When I asked for a refund, she refused to provide it.
I even had to involve the police due to the manager’s refusal to resolve the issue or return my money. Despite this, I have still not received my refund. Additionally, an employee working outside smoking mentioned he was told by the manager that he could not remake my food, and he tried to suggest my order was from DoorDash, which it was not. This level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable.
I am requesting that the management address this issue seriously, and I am prepared to take further action, including legal steps, to ensure accountability. I hope this feedback prompts improvements in how customers are treated and that appropriate measures are taken regarding the staff involved.
Instead of receiving my money back, I received a no trespassing. I never received my money back. I never received the food back that they made and kept in the store after I took it to them to remake. I’m gonna need my money back.

Went down to amryland to help a friend, stopped here to eat with my son. Got some good food and some good quality time in aswell! Overall win win. Def recommend stopping in!

Denny’s is like that old reliable friend. It’s always there for you. On Christmas eve my husband and I had a rare day that we were both off work. I certainly was in no mood to cook, and being Christmas eve every other place was closed. We went to Denny’s for dinner and had a wonderful time. The waiter was very attentive and polite and the atmosphere was homey. I’ve always loved Denny’s burgers and this time was no different. We went back for Dinner 2 weeks later and had a similar experience. The burgers were fresh and delicious. And their desserts are pretty awesome. I love the fact that Denny’s is always open 24/7 and that’s very convenient for us. We’ll be going back again.

Very great place for breakfast. A good number of options on the menu, great taste of dishes and drinks. Service is phenomenal, personnel are always ready to provide their services to guests.
The prices are also very decent. In all, its a great place.

Went here to eat dinner with my sister and her fiance. The food wasn’t even made properly. My chicken tenders were overcooked and WAY too salty. My sisters burger only had avocado on one half of the sandwich. My sister’s fiancé asked for jalapeños on his burger and only received ONE out of the whole thing. Our server charged us for a refill we never asked for and soft drinks shouldn’t cost an extra 2 dollars to begin with. There was arguing happening in the kitchen and our server was very standoffish. Management needs to fix these issues immediately. I am beyond disappointed we had to spend 68 dollars just because he charged all of us for a refill on a soft drink. The food wasn’t even that good and could’ve been a whole lot better. Employees need to be changed because apparently they don’t get along and thats not a good look. No wonder this place is always dead. 0/10 would not recommend eating here

Our eggs were undercooked, the pancakes were rubbery and I’m not sure what they use as “butter” but it is nasty and the sausage and bacon were sub-par. We will not be returning.
Although the waitress was very nice and offered very good service, she was the best part of the meal.

We got there and it was fairly unorganized. When we sat down it took almost 10 mins to be greeted by a server and another 5-6 mins to get our drinks. Then another 10 mins until he came back to get our order. They were out of sugar for coffees and out of butter for waffles and pancakes. It was only 12:30pm. The server also gave my 9 month old baby ice water which is very cold for an infant. We left instead of continuing our order.

I ate here on Monday night with my hubby. I hadn’t been here in years. There was 1 server running the whole restaurant–both dining rooms and the register, seating people and ringing up carry outs. It was steady busy!! She handled it very well! All the food came out pretty quickly and most all was tasty!! I will be back for sure! The Bourbon Chicken Skillet is SO good!!
