i give my DOG better portions than this. im genuinely in shock, i do an online order through the chipotle app, come later and open it to this. the portions were so scanty, barely any chicken, rice, and it wasnt even halfway of the bowl..this is realistically 25% of what I should be given realistically. Why are we skipping out on portion sizes, especially for online orders? This is ridiculous. $10 for this..

We order every now and then from this location, sometimes dine-in but mostly takeout or delivery. We are ALWAYS missing something or a food item is made incorrectly. I keep hoping it will be different the next time, but alas, it never is. Today, we ordered fajita veggies on a burrito bowl and they were RAW.

So far, one of the worst chipotle I had , food taste, old rice hard not cooked all the way The girls on shift looks like they’re new. There’s nobody training them. She cannot even get the burrito folder properly as you can see in a picture , took a couple bites and throw it away. Went across the street get a subway plus the place has not clean tables are dirty napkins all over the floor. Very disappoint.

Went today and my rice was so undercooked it was literally still hard and crunchy. The workers are always more focused on online orders than the people in store, which doesn’t make sense because I work in a resteraunt and we always prioritize in house over online orders. The employees are always rude here and all of them are in the back with literally one person in front while there’s a huge rush. Lastly, today there was a girl refilling the napkins while I kid you not 5 different groups were waiting in line to get to that area to grab forks. And she just waited there until she finished instead of moving aside for one second.

Please do not eat here. I found a long piece of black hair on my food and spent the whole day sick and throwing up as I’m pregnant and this disgusted me. I contacted chipotle and they couldn’t care less. This is so unsanitary. Do not eat here.

I honestly thought this was a prank. I ordered online and when I got home (5 minute drive) it was ice cold. I opened it up and it looked like it was prepared upside down. Rice on the top and salsa on the bottom. Then after digging for steak I finally found the only two pieces and this is what it looked like. Now I understand why people get food poisoning from here. Someone is going to get seriously sick from this location.

Saturday, July 14, 2024 . 3:30 PM I should have left as soon as I saw how dirty the place was, unfortunately I had had a long day and wanted to have a delicious plate of carnitas. Then I realized that only one person was serving food, and another was coming and going from the back and taking the time to charge customers. So I thought, wow, they’re short staffed, maybe many employees called out , and I empathized with them, and made the decision to wait and stand in a long line, at least 13 people in front of me. Finally, after more than 20 minutes of waiting, when I started to order my plate, the employee literally threw the ingredients of the food I ordered onto my plate, she had a terrible attitude and was very rude, she did the same with my husband’s order, and when he was ordering chips and guacamole, but she didn’t even let him finish talking and responded, no, no . We don’t have chips nor do we have fountain drinks, very rudely. Thus all the empathy I had with the staff at the beginning ended. I pay for my food, which certainly isn’t cheap, and all I want is friendly service, a clean place, and well-prepared food. I started taking photos of the food stalls because they were ridiculously dirty to file a complaint, then the girl rudely asked me why I was taking photos, I replied that I was taking the photos because the place was very dirty and that I was going to file a complaint , to which she replied: then don’t come here, you can leave and she waved at me saying GOODBYE. My husband asked to speak to the manager, she went to the back and came back saying the manager wasn’t coming out and we had to leave the place. In the meantime, I was taking a video of the soda fountain, because it was also dirty, no napkins, no soda, …. Then she came to me and had the audacity to come on top of me and try to take my phone. My husband had to stand in the middle because otherwise he would hit me. I was so afraid of this person that I preferred to leave the place. Everything was recorded on video as evidence. I couldn’t believe what had happened and the bad time my husband and I had.
I hope a real manager can take over if this pace, and hired people with good customer’s service and communication skills .

I ordered here with my girlfriend we ordered from the app and the people who work there marked the order as complete when indeed it was not and so we got there expecting our food to be done and they just stood around looking at each other confused and then come to find out that even start the order so we had to wait there an extra 20 minutes. absolutely ridiculous. The people there didn’t even look like they spoke English you guys need to fire some of these employees otherwise this Chipotle is going to go down the toilet. I’ve seen many other fast food joints closed because of bad employees be vigilant management needs to be very Vigilant right now. And cut. Employees who are cutting corners and doing things wrong
