Farmer Boys is famous for farm-to-table burgers, breakfast, salads, and more. Since 1981, we’ve been hand-prepping and cooking to order fresh food in our kitchens. Farmer Boys purchases the freshest ingredients locally, whenever possible. It is embodied in our mascot and head of security, The Scarecrow, whose mission is to protect and serve farm fresh food. Each and every team member across our expansive family of restaurants believes that the freshness and quality of the ingredients our guests are served is at the core of our success. Food was amazing atmosphere was amazing. Service was horrible. Me and my husband was in the drive-through we could not . Hear the lady clearly over the mic so we asked if we can pull up to the front window she said yes we pull up to the front window. She looked at us through the glass and went back to ordering the next vehicle in the drive-through line while leaving us on hold. what no announce This is the first time eating farmer boys, and she got the worse customer service we will not eat there again didn’t get the drive-through ladies name but the time we came in was February 28 at 4:20 PM shift time we came in to speak to the manager about her behavior, which I know they’re not gonna tell her anything about her unprofessional customer service so i’m here to put my review in on her corporate will most definitely see this review

First time visiting Farmer Boys, and loved everything! Very friendly staff and a clean, great atmosphere. The food is so fresh and affordable. Ordered a Cobb salad to share, and they split it beautifully into two plates. Highly recommended.

I wanted to try the new chicken sandwich I asked specifically for no mayo. Called up they told me to come back and they’ll remake my sandwich. Unfortunately when I get there they tell me they’re out of hamburger buns and they can’t remake my sandwich I say OK make me a breakfast platter if you have no hamburger buns. As I’m waiting I overhear conversation and come to realize they were out of hamburger patties they could’ve easily remade my chicken sandwich. This mayhem was allowed to go on because the manager was on the line in the back. When I asked the young man with a deer in the headlights look if there was a manager available he gave me the look that I knew all too well as someone that has dealt with bad managers. I asked to speak with them for a minute just to go over the miscommunication going on. I waited a few minutes for them to come from behind the kitchen Within a few seconds their voice elevated in volume and pitch. With a condescending tone they tried to explain away their lack of front of house management. At no point did this manager express any understanding for the mildly stressful experience. So I left the restaurant although having paid $10 more for a breakfast platter then the chicken sandwich combo. Unfortunately when I got home there was so much cinnamon on the breakfast platter I thought the eggs were burnt. But no they were black with cinnamon as well as the French toast. It was inedible. I called but was put on hold for seven minutes and then hung up on and when I called back a young employee was forced to dodge the responsibility of dealing with an unsatisfied customer in need of a refund. I left my phone number and my reasonable request to credit my card. I don’t expect a call.

Went to grab dinner and spent over $30. The lady at the drive thru told me they were out of American cheese and told me what they had. I picked cheddar, but I didn’t know it would be shredded cheese. The oil needs to be changed. I got crispy chicken on my Cobb salad and it was hard and left a burnt taste in mouth. The shake was good

We don’t usually write reviews for “fast food” or “good food fast” places because we don’t normally go to them or when we do, they just don’t stand out. Farmer Boys was an exception…
Since moving to Henderson NV, we’re trying some “chain” places that do not exist in South Florida. While running errands in the Stephanie Street area, we decided to give Farmer Boys (FB) a try. It was just after 2pm, so we figured the lunch crowd would be gone so this would be a good time to check it out. The dining room had several singles and couples and there was a couple of people ahead of us in line.
A young man named Raion was working the counter and was quick to greet us and ask if we had any questions. The menu is large and includes all day breakfast. Something we noted for a later visit. We figured out what we wanted (the Mr. a Bacon Boy Box – cheeseburger with bacon & fries and the Mrs. a cobb salad) and advised Raion. He had a few questions for us and asked if the Mrs. needed additional dressing – she said “no”.
We went on the table and watched the restaurant. While we could see other folks working in the BOH, Raion was taking orders, delivering food, and keeping the dining room straight. In between orders, he came out and whipped down tables as customer left and checked on those that already had their orders.
Our order came up and Raion had to us immediately. Everything was hot and looked great. The burger came with lettuce and tomato, and both were fresh and the lettuce crisp – try that at a normal fast food place! We noticed the salad had 2 dressings and sure enough, it was so big she did need them both (Raion was right!). The salad was laid out nicely and again, so fresh. And the self-serve soft drinks offer free refills. Raion came by twice and checked on us as he was making his rounds.
Both of our food items were great, and we enjoyed them. The burger and fries were hot, and the table had all the condiments we needed in bottles – no squeeze packs! Lunch with 2 soft drinks came to $28.58. We considered that a good deal for the quality and service received.
The dining room was very clean, and the men’s room was spotless.
As we were leaving, we noticed a bell that you could ring if the FB folks got it right – we gave it a couple of rings and the employees yelled out. We loved that..
As we were getting into our car in the FB parking lot, Raion had taken some items out to the dumpster and yelled THANKS to us. You don’t get that kind of treatment anywhere!
In closing, we found Farmer Boys on Stephanie to be outstanding. The food and service were excellent. The shining star had to be Raion! This gentleman has the right “Customer 1st” attitude that’s missing so much these days. We think Farmer Boys should get him under a contract immediately but not management – make him CMO – Chief Motivation Officer. Let him train other employees – don’t burn him out with management duties. This guy has it!
Many THANKS to everyone at Farmer Boys for a great lunch and keeping the faith that having the right team and the right products does make for good food, fast!

When you take forever to make food, at least make it correctly. Asked for no cheese on my food and it was added anyway.
When I asked for a refund…the manager didn’t say anything….not even an apology for wasting nearly 30 minutes of my time. Horrible service.
